"This is probably the best Indian food in North Idaho. I say probably in case there's another Indian place I don't know about in North Idaho. I only know of two. Of the two, Mango Tree has the best food. Never been to India, but the area we came from had a very big Indian population and there were copious Indian restaurants. Mango Tree matches some of the best of those. They have a great lunch special with plenty of food. We like Monday and Wednesday lunch specials. Don't remember the names of the dishes. The only thing hit or miss is the service. Sometime we wait for a while in front to be seated where no one pays attention to us despite it not being busy. Other times the sever feels rushed, and sometimes they will get the order wrong. But then sometimes we get great service. We also wish the mango lassi was larger in size. It is yummy though. Despite the spotty service, we keep coming back as it is really delicious food. The best Indian food in Northern Idaho."

I was apprehensive about trying something new but this place was fantastic. I had skewered chicken and ordered some garlic bread. Wish this place was closer to my town.

Mango Tree offers a wide variety of tasty and spicy Indian food. Naanchos are my go to choice. Beware that the Indian cuisine heat scale is considerably hotter than Mexican restaurant hotness scales

Make real Indian food. And stop leaving whole cardamom and cloves in the sauce. It's quite offputting. And when you make a pakora, just take the vegetables and dip them in the besan batter and deep fry them. Don't make them into disgusting undercooked hush puppies. But we do like the coconut chicken curry.

Legit Indian food. Such a surprise to find in CDA while visiting. I am veg and have been eating food from different regions of India for many years. There are large South Indian and Punjabi communities at home and their food equals food in India. This is delicious Punjabi food and I will order again at least once more before leave! View menu

Loved the food here. Curry bowls are flavorful and plenty. There's also a full bar! The mango curry bowl was a bit too sweet for my taste but the lamb tikka masala one was outstanding. Waiter asked for spicy levels 1-5. I went with a 5 and didn't regret it. Just the right level I prefer. Definitely recommend especially on a cold day!

We finally got a chance to try out the Mango Tree. It was some of the best Indian food I have ever had. We had garlic Nan bread of course. We also had vindaloo with beef and tiki masala with chicken. Outstanding!!! The server knew everything about the menu and was super helpful in guiding us through it. The place was very clean. Several families were dining when we arrived, we were able to have a normal volume conversation. I look forward to going here again.

"Tldr; they might wear caps, but don't wear nets. Bring them a smoking gun, or good luck. And never order from them near closing time unless you plan on going over the food or making the pie immediately just in case you want to avoid a crummy situation. In any case, Yesterday I ordered 4 pizzas to pick up at 8:30, brought them home to make when the wife was done working, and the first two pizzas we decided to make had blonde hairs in them. My hair is black, the kid's and the wife's are either dyed or not blonde, so that just leaves the store. Since I don't eat the cowboy, the only picture we have is from the wife who managed to think better than me, cause I tossed both it, and a meat lovers out, because we couldn't eat them and couldn't call the place to complain. Having thought I'd lost the receipt as well, I resigned myself to be down two pizzas. Fast forward to today, when I find the receipt balled up in the car, so I went to the store. Got told that since I didn't have the pizzas or proof, I could only get a 50% discount on a single pie. A quick call to the wife to relay the decision unearthed the pic the kids took, for which they would only credit me for a single pizza, when I was down two. Fan-flipping-tastic. Normally, my rating would be a 5, as the pizzas are good since you make them at home and fresh pizza slaps; but last night, I had a pretty bad experience. If I order again, guess I'll be going over anything I buy with a magnifying glass and a polarioid just in case. Also, blonde hairs blend in pretty well when cooked in grease; who'd have thunk?"

"My family, in our quest to visit all 50 states, traveled the northwest over the last couple of weeks. We love a good tea room and found Inland Café Tea on an internet search as we were driving to Coeur d'Alene. We knew we were going to Coeur d'Alene for our Idaho experience, but we did not know exactly what we would do there. We chose to begin our adventure here for high tea! It did not disappoint. My wife and I have had tea at tea rooms all over the East Coast and Inland Café Tea ranks among the best for us. The food was well prepared and presented but most importantly delicious! The scones were a little different than we are used to, but they were fantastic. One thing I look for in a tea room is their tea selection, and this selection was extensive with a flavor for everyone. Personally, I like my tea to have a bold flavor and aroma without adding sugar. Our server, Jamie, was super helpful in pointing us in the right direction. The pistachio pu'erh and lemon sugar cookie teas were our favorite! Drinking the pistachio pu'erh tea was like wrapping up in a warm blanket and eating a buttery pistachio baked good. Drinking the lemon sugar cookie black tea was like eating a lemon square and finishing it with a shortbread cookie. I am not usually a lemon tea fan, but this one was off the charts delicious! Jamie was able to help us with our selections because she had tasted many of the teas herself, which was very important as you will see in my next comments. The only negative things that we can say about our experience come from comparison to other tea rooms. When you order high tea, it comes with a bottomless pot of tea, which is standard, but here that applies to only one flavor. What if you choose wrong? Fortunately, we were blessed with Jamie, who listened to our flavor preference and got us to the best choices first! We did order some other teas to try and found others that we enjoyed and then purchased to take home. I will be ordering online when we run out for sure. They only sell the loose tea in 3 oz bags. I wish they had sample size bags that had enough for one cup so I could taste it before committing to a 3 oz bag of something that may not be what I prefer, especially if I am paying to ship it back to MD. The final thing we thought was odd was that they steeped the loose leaf tea right in the pot. They seemed to time the steeping of the tea before bringing the pot out, but then without removing the tea leaves, it continues steeping, which causes the tea to get more bitter. They do provide a trainer on the table to pour your cup to catch the tea leaves. Even though we would have preferred a few things to be different, we thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Unfortunately, we will not be back to Idaho anytime soon as our quest to visit all 50 states continues, but we will be ordering online for sure."
