"They also expect an 18% tip or more, which I chose not to give. I could see how some might feel pressured to tip, as the person taking your order stands right there with the tablet, aware of whether you're tipping before your food is made. There’s no quick option for a 15% tip; you can only choose between 18%, 20%, or a higher percentage. If you want to avoid the awkwardness, there's a box for manually entering a different amount. It’s absurd to even consider tipping at these prices.
Aside from the small portions, the cheese is overused. They employ a type of queso that tastes somewhat like mozzarella but is inferior. Its texture resembles that of egg or cottage cheese. They pile thick chunks of it into most dishes, which can be overwhelming—even for someone who enjoys cheese. Additionally, all receipts are entirely in Spanish.
I had a similar experience during my first visit. I decided to give them another try yesterday, but faced the same issues, so unfortunately, I won’t be returning."
