"Beware of the prices they add a 15 percentage gratuity for pick up I noticed that on the receipt after I tip on top of that some of the items on the menu come what it looks in the picture they charge me extra for a item that was already in the picture which comes with the food is ridiculously priced. So I had to come back and edit this because I guess the owners posted that the service fee of $3 is not gratuity that is going to the employees so are you going there for pickup and they're charging you $3 regardless of what you ordered on top of that the tip that I leave when I go and pick up a breakfast that costs $11.99 lady asked me do you want it like it's in the picture I said yes the price went from 11.99 to 19.99 the coffee was $5 tax Plus service fee plus tip it cost me $28 to eat breakfast for pickup at this place"

It's a super expensive place. The relationship between what you pay and what you get is not good. They charge you a 15% tip if you buy to go. It is illegal. Never ask you about it View menu

Unfortunately you have to give stars, I gave them one because otherwise I can't give an opinion. The service is super bad, terrible would be a decent word to describe it, we must pass the broom and hire new personnel capable of providing good service to the public. I don't recommend it at all.

Very simple, I still can't understand why they charge 15% service fee when ordering takeout? Or why? In other words, an empanada costs more than 44 dollars, I think they are the most expensive empanadas in all of Orlando, a family that is going to eat only empanadas is going to spend an easy $100!! So think carefully and above all prepare your wallet if you want to eat here

This business is FORCING people to leave tip to their servers by including a hidden fee on their tabs called service fee of 15% when tip in the USA has been always known to be AT SOLELY DISCRETION of the customers. They have a sign that can be barely seen by customers, so customers that aren 't aware of this practice, and can not see their small sign are prompt to leave double tip. This should be illegal and business should be prohibited from doing this.

It seems to me that they are very unfair in charging the 15% service charge if I bought to go and when they are closing it is not fair, I know that apart from that I have to pay tax so I went for 2 sighs a miloja and a cheese bread $32.79 for the service charge of 15% plus taxes, in reality the bill is that because I actually spent $22 and I don't think it's up to me to pay but I don't want them to play with my money so shamelessly I see that there is a lot of review about this but anyway I will place it because the more we are, the more weight is placed in the review, what pain, it made others sad

"This establishment should be avoided at all costs. I visited this resteraunt last night for a date night with my boyfriend and was really excited to support a family owned business and the food looked incredible online. However after ordering our food and being brought our salads, half way through eating my salad I found a German roach inside my salad! Now I understand that being sat outside there is an extremely slight possibility that the roach was from the awning above (which is what the owner suggested), however most would notice if a bug fell from the sky onto their food and this roach was not on top of my food. After notifying the waitress, she returned to reluctantly inform us that the owner is certain that the roach did not come from her kitchen as their food is prepared with care and cleanliness . As a fellow business owner this response was appalling. Not once did the owner come and speak with us, nor a manager. However, the owner did relay the message that we could come and visit his kitchen . This was such a display of alarming and disheartening customer service and not a way to treat any customer. As for the manager responding to my boyfriends review and asking what could have been done, here are a couple options that exemplify exceptional customer service: Come out and personally APOLOGIZE at any point and not send messages through your young waitress staff. Show that you care about your customers experience and are eager to make it right instead of denying responsibility and simply offering another salad. Take accountability for your restaurant. Even if the roach by some wild unlikely chance came from outside, it is still your establishment and you created an unpleasant experience so at least offer to credit or discount the meal or offer something on the house .Take your dollars elsewhere folks. You are not a valued customer here."

"Starting with the appetizers, I tried the macaroni and cheese, which was made from Monterey Jack and a few other cheeses. Unfortunately, it didn’t stand out and was quite ordinary. The greens were tossed with chopped onions and a hint of vinegar, making them fairly generic as well. However, the baked beans were the highlight of the appetizers. They had a thick sauce with just the right amount of sweetness, and I think smoking them would enhance their flavor even more. Now, onto the meats. The sampler included chicken, pork, brisket, and a rib, all smoked with hickory and oak. Everything was tender and juicy, with a nice subtle flavor. The real standout, though, was the burnt ends. They were incredibly flavorful and absolutely delicious. My server, Ike, was excellent. He explained the menu clearly and kept my refills coming. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s room for improvement in some of the side dishes."

"I really enjoy discovering places that meet all my expectations. This restaurant is clean, has friendly staff, a great atmosphere, delicious food, and fast service. I came for breakfast and was impressed by how quickly the staff worked. I was able to walk in without a wait or a reservation and still find a table. Our server, Crystal, was delightful and offered some excellent recommendations for my next visit. We were seated, placed our orders, and finished our breakfast in no time. The cook created a warm and inviting environment. The food was hot and exactly as we ordered. We enjoyed French toast with bacon, a meat lover's omelet, and a pancake, all for around $13-14 per person. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating and definitely has a cozy, homey diner vibe that I loved. It’s easy to get to and conveniently located near many shops and restaurants along Osceola Parkway and The Loop."

"Ordered a side of beans and rice for our daughter, the ABUELO'S DIP SAMPLER (did double guac because we didn’t want queso diablo), hubby ordered MI ABUELO'S MANJAR and I got PECHUGA CON CALABAZA.The beans are really good and so is the rice, can tell it’s fresh!The sampler was really good, I enjoyed how they had pork rinds instead of just chips, I’ve never thought of that before but it was life changing to try that with queso! So! Good!My hubby really seemed to like his dish, I barely tasted a bite of it, but what I did taste was good! I’m really picky about ground beef options in Mexican restaurants, but this was quite good!My dish was really good! My waitress recommended it and I enjoyed it a lot. It wasn’t crazy spicy which I personally appreciated, but I think she left the actually chilis out which helped in terms of the heat.All in all, it was good and I recommend! I’m sure we will go back again in the future!"
