"This was our second time here. The first time was a great experience, but unfortunately I left disappointed this time. The tacos were boring, expensive, with mostly lettuce and not much meat. The meat was not very flavorful either. Two tacos were almost $9.00! The Jalapa fries were good but seemed better the first time with more sauce. A lemonade was $3.50 which seemed pricey as well. Service was slow and our waitress was hard to understand. Worse for me was the price discrepancies.. the money said one thing but the recipes had a higher price. Fortunately our waitress fixed it but seemed odd that happened to begin with. I was not impressed with the Cuban sandwich either. I don’t know what happened from our first time to our second, but don’t think there will be a third ?"

"My family and I have been loyal customers at Sabor for a couple of years now. The food used to be really good, but sadly the quality has gone extremely downhill. We oftentimes get food that appears to be several days old. Today we received an order of yuca, and the pieces were brown all over and hard. Clearly it wasn’t edible, so it went in the trash. The meat is burnt, the pork rinds are rock hard. Not to mention that we had an incident in which the credit card we used to pay was charged twice. I really wouldn’t recommend this place anymore to anyone. The employees went from being kind to rude. Definitely needs improvement."

"I am a frequent customer but the service has deteriorated a lot. On one occasion I went with my girls and after ordering they brought a portion of the food and left the youngest girl waiting for a long time. Today the same thing happened, they offer a dish and then they say you have to wait because they don't have it ready. They should warn the customer before closing the order. The most unpleasant thing is an older woman who is there and makes her annoyance evident at any complaint, the tone towards the client changes immediately."

"First time we were truly disappointed at a Garces spot. The service was plain slow. The front station was confused when we arrived it took three people talking to each other to eventually seat us. Although the waiter really tried to keep up, it took ordering them twice and over 20 minutes for drinks to appear after we ordered them. At his recommendation, we ordered the special rib dish. It was dry, over spiced, partially burnt and anything but special. The rest of the dishes were just ok not nearly what we expect from a Garces restaurant. Tinto and Village Whiskey are two of our favorite places. Distrito is close behind. The ambience was plain loud plus we were seated at a banquette where at 9:00 pm the band/singer took over the adjacent table to setup their gear/instruments about two feet away making us feel like we were in the way (good thing we didn 't order desert or coffee). This may be a jinxed location for Garces. We went to its predecessor Chifa one time and never went back although it wasn 't nearly as bad as last night 's experience."

"We had a large party (12), sever was very friendly, was accommodating to special requests, was attentive during the wait for food, all of which was brought out at the same time hot and delicious. We were in a bit of a time crunch so the wait time for so much food wasn’t helpful to our schedule, but that wasn’t the restaurant’s fault. We all ate together and enjoyed our meals. Will certainly go back (this was my 2nd visit) when in West Palm again!"

"I visited this bakery couple of weeks ago, I literally just wanted something simple like an empanada and a coffee. While waiting in line I saw the empanadas which looked good and realized they also had tequeños on their menu; so I ordered the Spinach Empanada and a Cafe con Leche. They didn't have the spinach empanada but I decided to go for the tequeños; however, they didn't have any either. The cashier offered a Spinach Croqueta but didn't look too fresh and was pretty greasy. So I ended up getting a Cheese Pastelito which was ok but tasted like not the best quality of food. The coffee was good tho."

"Recently ordered a Thanksgiving turkey special from Pinecrest and was extremely surprised! We ordered a whole cooked turkey with white rice, black beans and plantains for roughly 15 people. My entire family loved everything! The turkey had great flavorand was not dry at all. We definitely had more than enough food for everyone and the food was ready for pickup at the scheduledtime. Everything was ordered online without issue and the experience was seamless. Definitely recommend this special for theholidays to take some of the stress away from hosting a big get together!"

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Carla or whatever her name is. She’s the worst one out of all. I love their food, it’s amazing but definitely not worth going if you’re going to get treated horribly. Not worth spending my hard working money for that customer service! This lady never checks up on me. And when I asked her for the check the tip was automatically included. I myself am a server and will never treat a customer the way she did to me! I kindly asked her to remove the tip because it was not the expectation exceeded and she started screaming at me JUST BECAUSE OF A TIP! When it’s not obligated and you have to earn your tips as a server! She even threatened me that I can never go back there just because I didn’t want to tip! It was absolutely horrible and it’s not the first time I’ve had horrible customer service at that place. That place needs whole new staff!! Honestly I deserve an apology and a full refund because that should never be the way to treat a customer absolutely disgusting!!"

"Amazing lunch food, incredible owner. Was like being served by family. Hot bar had three meats, rice, black beans and several vegetables. The homemade hot sauce and pickled vegetables were excellent. I would return and recommend to others. Only thing to point out: we didn't know the hot bar process nor the price. We didn't know if a second helping was included. Thus, we were a bit surprised that the cost was $34 for two people with water."

"I have tried to order here 3 different times. Every single time my order is completely messed up. The first 2 times, I accepted what they gave me. It was just desserts. The 3rd and most recent time, pizza was COMPLETELY messed up, had pepperoni on it when it was supposed to be vegetarian. I tried to call and they didn't understand a word. So then I walked over to go in and explain. I brought the pizza with me. And guess what? NOBODY on the staff speaks a word of English. Not one. The woman at … – show"

"The atmosphere is very relaxed and has a rustic charm. The cortadito was excellent, reminiscent of what you’d find on Calle Ocho. They serve home-style food and have a bakery as well. I was so excited about my meal that I cut into the eggs and beef before snapping a photo—oops! The Cuban empanadas were perfectly seasoned, and the yuca was crispy without being greasy. I loved it so much that I ordered a side of yuca to take home after enjoying it with my meal. Overall, I’d rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5."

"The food at this restaurant was good, I can't complain about that. However, be cautious of the hidden extra fees they try to sneak into your bill. Even if you pay in cash, they may still try to add a credit card fee. The total bill with all the fees is clearly highlighted in big bold letters, but the actual amount is written in tiny print. Additionally, the price of a single cup of orange juice has doubled from $3 to $6. It seems like this place is quite sneaky and not very transparent with their pricing."

"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, and there were plenty of delicious options to choose from, including pastries, breakfast, and lunch. When we arrived, we faced a long wait for the breakfast meals, so we decided to order a cafe con leche and a cheese pastelito to go, and they were excellent! There are a few small tables for quick dining, and they also offer online and phone ordering, which is convenient. The ladies at Karla's provided fantastic service. Thank you! May 2022"

"I reserved a table weeks in advance for a special event, and online there are guidelines about the strict two hour limit. A server didnât address our table for our first thirty minutes of our reservation We got our drinks at the one hour and fifteen minute mark and immediately ordered a second round. Which didnât come for another thirty minutes. We were there for over two hours and saw our server twice, and it took an additional minutes to get the check after I saw the hostess and a bar manager. There is plenty of staff. Legitimately too many staff members at this bar and zero coordination at Broken Shaker. Iâm really disappointed and wonât come back. Cocktails were excellent. Noise level moderate. The vibe and ambiance are amazing, but the service ruined my entire experience."

"It was fast, cheap and simple, you cant go wrong here. Also they have many choices for whatever mood you are in. They have beef burgers, chicken burger, empanadas, shakes, yogurt. Endless stuff. All less than 6 bucks, unless u get a combo. Fries are cooked amazing. Not too much oil. Crispy and tasty. Amazing potatoes. Also, this one i went to , its 24/7. So you can get food anytime of the day with nice professional people."

"Beware of the prices they add a 15 percentage gratuity for pick up I noticed that on the receipt after I tip on top of that some of the items on the menu come what it looks in the picture they charge me extra for a item that was already in the picture which comes with the food is ridiculously priced. So I had to come back and edit this because I guess the owners posted that the service fee of $3 is not gratuity that is going to the employees so are you going there for pickup and they're charging you $3 regardless of what you ordered on top of that the tip that I leave when I go and pick up a breakfast that costs $11.99 lady asked me do you want it like it's in the picture I said yes the price went from 11.99 to 19.99 the coffee was $5 tax Plus service fee plus tip it cost me $28 to eat breakfast for pickup at this place"

"My husband and I spent two days in the Poconos, and we were eager to visit this restaurant because we love Colombian cuisine. The setting was lovely, and we enjoyed lunch on the outdoor patio. There was a bit of a wait, likely due to the lengthy preparation time for the paella Valenciana. However, I absolutely loved the food; the paella was outstanding. My husband ordered the churrasco, which he thought was good, too. The coffee was really nice, and they also sell a few Colombian items inside, like cups and clothing. I didn’t get a chance to try any of their desserts, but they looked delicious, so I took two home with me. The lemonades were refreshing as well! Overall, I highly recommend this place; I loved the atmosphere, the staff was amazing and friendly, and the food was great."

"Came to Miami from Philadelphia. All of the services and restaurants I went to were great but this bakery was one of the worse I’ve ever been. The food is ok but not great and the Cuban guy working at the front was extremely rude and could not even say thank you. I try talking in Spanish to see if he would be nicer but he continued to be rude in Spanish and English. Overall food is not worth it and their customer service one of the worse I’ve experience. Stay out of this place is dirty, they played super loud music with bad words while my kids were eating, bad customer service and ok food"
