"Came to Miami from Philadelphia. All of the services and restaurants I went to were great but this bakery was one of the worse I’ve ever been. The food is ok but not great and the Cuban guy working at the front was extremely rude and could not even say thank you. I try talking in Spanish to see if he would be nicer but he continued to be rude in Spanish and English. Overall food is not worth it and their customer service one of the worse I’ve experience. Stay out of this place is dirty, they played super loud music with bad words while my kids were eating, bad customer service and ok food"

Run down and unclean tables, and the staff didn’t speak English. The food was to the same standard as other Pinecrest bakeries so that was the only good thing.

The coffee was good but the empanadas are inedible. More grease than anything else. We were already home when we tried to eat them, ended up throwing them out. What a waste of money.

It was good, but not what I thought. The Cubans have way to much ham, which don’t allow you to enjoy all the other stuff inside the sandwich. The empanada and croquetas are really good. The guava and cheese is good. Always check your bill, they added to items to our order.

My ice latte was too sweet. My BLT Turkey sandwich I waiting like 17 min. When I come to cashier ask why so long ? She just saying sorry the kitchen is busy… SO before I ordering something from the kitchen let people know the kitchen is busy WHY I have to wait sandwich 20 min at 10am. View menu

My favorite spot for breakfast! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they serve the best cortadito in town! The customer service is excellent. The ladies are wonderful and very sweet. Kid-friendly: I often see children choosing their favorite pastries, and the staff is always patient with them. Parking is convenient too; I can park right in front of the door!

10/14/2022 You just said 'no english ' on the phone, and then just hung up. What 's wrong with you? Worst service I 've ever experienced in America. I tried to get sandwich to go, so I didn 't pay for tip, but the female staff got mad at me. After that, when receiving food, the attitude of the female staff was literally rude. She screamed once and didn 't even look at me when I gave him food. Please don 't do that. View menu

I come here from comfort. It's close to my job. Regardless of whether you are the only one there or whether the place is packed, they move without urgency. A lady on the other day in the register was so fresh and even asked me about a tip???? I even type with bad service, but do you really want to show a rat on me? That's how bad I had Karen in my head. Who takes responsibility and adapts management here? I just gave my food 50 minutes too late. No excuse or nothing.

The 24-hour bakery is a lifesaver for pastry lovers! Whether you're in the mood for empanadas (grilled or baked) or savory meat pastries (Pastelito con carne), this place has you covered. They also offer a variety of coffee drinks, including regular coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and the delightful Cortadito Cubano. In addition to sandwiches and other dishes, they have a fantastic selection of cakes for any occasion. Plus, you can find bottles of wine at reasonable prices.
