"I visited this bakery couple of weeks ago, I literally just wanted something simple like an empanada and a coffee. While waiting in line I saw the empanadas which looked good and realized they also had tequeños on their menu; so I ordered the Spinach Empanada and a Cafe con Leche. They didn't have the spinach empanada but I decided to go for the tequeños; however, they didn't have any either. The cashier offered a Spinach Croqueta but didn't look too fresh and was pretty greasy. So I ended up getting a Cheese Pastelito which was ok but tasted like not the best quality of food. The coffee was good tho."

"Recently ordered a Thanksgiving turkey special from Pinecrest and was extremely surprised! We ordered a whole cooked turkey with white rice, black beans and plantains for roughly 15 people. My entire family loved everything! The turkey had great flavorand was not dry at all. We definitely had more than enough food for everyone and the food was ready for pickup at the scheduledtime. Everything was ordered online without issue and the experience was seamless. Definitely recommend this special for theholidays to take some of the stress away from hosting a big get together!"

"Came to Miami from Philadelphia. All of the services and restaurants I went to were great but this bakery was one of the worse I’ve ever been. The food is ok but not great and the Cuban guy working at the front was extremely rude and could not even say thank you. I try talking in Spanish to see if he would be nicer but he continued to be rude in Spanish and English. Overall food is not worth it and their customer service one of the worse I’ve experience. Stay out of this place is dirty, they played super loud music with bad words while my kids were eating, bad customer service and ok food"

"Went got a breakfast . Ordered a full breakfast for $8.99 . The full breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs with bits of ham, potatoes , Cuban toast cafe con leche which is the Cuban version of coffee mix of warm milk with expresso) as described.They served breakfast only to disappoint. The breakfast was small amount of scrambled eggs with curly fries that seem to have come out of a frozen bag . The Cuban toast hardly had butter and cut to half the size of a normal Cuban toast . The cafe. Con leche was made a few minutes after the plate of scrambled with curlies was given . Meaning the breakfast was cold by the time coffee /milk cafe con leche was given . The couple of meat pastries added were $6 .With Hispanic decent this is not what you can really call Cuban or Hispanic.The service people don’t speak English . When you sit down to eat you realize there’s a freezer full of beers and a lg rack full of wines .Sadly this is what they choose to portray as a Cuban Bakery . Folks this not a typical authentic Cuban Bakery. This is a shameful imitation.Breakfast was close to $30 and it was definitely nothing to write home about . This is commercial chain imitation of what a Hispanic Cuban Bakery .I should have paid attention to the fact a bakery should not be in the business of selling beer wineObviously a current Cuba mentality of serving beer w/ breakfastDennys would have been a better choice as at this place the Hispanic Cuban experience is sold expensive not the real dealAmericans walk away with the wrong impression of what a Real Cuban Bakery is like . "that was my wife, I'm going to this place for the first time. I chose a number waiting for her to be called. my number was skipped. When I reported the cash register, she visited me. I had to ask several times to repeat myself. When I looked at her another cash, she would then draw attention to me with a attitude. she was disgusting rude woman watching everything from the chair. when I check my reception, the names of the things I bought were another name 3$4 more than what the menu says. I brought it to the bank that visited me again, with a posture says: "that is the name in the system that have changed prices". that's wrong. the food quality was super poor. my wife was very disrespected. my food came before my caffe con leche (expected 10 minutes for one hot drink. the only good was the waiting time for the food. it wasn't too long (they were busy. my wife, I'm not going back to this facility."

However, they never answer the phone and when I go in person, there is often nobody attending to customers. Additionally, the items I order are frequently unavailable. "I absolutely love this restaurant! It brings back memories of my family—happy, loud, and full of sisterly love. I wasn’t quite sure what I ordered at first, but once I saw the display, I was eager to try everything. Everything looked and smelled amazing, and the food tasted just as wonderful! The coffee was divine! We had our first round on the terrace, and I found myself going back for more. I recommend checking the menu online beforehand to help you decide what to order, as it can be overwhelming to choose when you arrive. The authenticity of this place is what makes it so special!"

One time ago I brought my car to service and the girl told me she call me when is ready and didn't call me just texted me and I was almost 3 hours waiting while car was ready 3 hours before. I lost 3 hours waiting because the girl didn't call me and I didn't see the text because she told me is going to call me. "I bought a Tiramisu cake today for my mom’s birthday and later that night as I was cutting into the cake it was super hard, I took a bite of and it tasted like spoiled milk… I took a closer look at the cake and saw mold inside of it!! I was so disgusted and disappointed, we went back to the store and the man at the front told us they were closed, we told them this couldnt wait because it was a serious health hazard, we showed them the moldy cake and they said this has never happened before and that they are usually very careful with these things but I saw another review from a year ago of another customer being sold a moldy cake… I usually dont leave reviews but we were VERY displeased by this. If I didnt notice the mold my family could have been infected by mold if they ate this cake. I got my money back at the end but this was just so disappointing."

"The food quality at this late-night fast food restaurant is just average. The steak is chewy, they skimp on cheeses and sauces, and the tequeños are tasteless. However, the real issue here is the customer service. The employees are incredibly rude, with one cashier making me wait in line while she attended to others behind me, then returning with a dismissive attitude and eye-rolling. It's clear that they need to improve the quality of their staff, as no matter how good the food may be, poor service will drive away customers and damage the restaurant's reputation. There is another Colombian fast food place just a mile away with better food and service."

"Look at your receipt what you arecharged .We went today placed an order. As soon as order was placed I noticed they overcharged us and asked them to undo incorrect charges already charged to the card . The other attendant also said the same. Basically: They tell us there’s no management there’s nothing they can do about it . I told them they needed to call management to tell them how to fix it . I ask them to void the ticket . And put the Charges through correctly as to what we ordered . 2 Cuban cafe con leches , one stuffed potato two Cuban bread toast came out to over $32 plus incorrect charges included or added things we did not buy . This also Included it a tip we did not agree to and was not given an option. This is for a self serve no service . It ended up that at our persistent request to get a hold of management. Whoever they called on the phone seemed to also not know how to void their error on the ticket the attendant refunded us in cash the charges for things we did not buy we got charged for on the card . But told us the tip that they included they could not credit . $4 plus they basically for a tip not agreed on.It seems they have 2 Attendants who just came to this country . Who don’t speak English they don’t conveniently know how to operate a cash register but do conveniently know how to charge you for things you did not buy tell you to your face they don’t have management to undo their overcharged ticket . Even in Spanish they play stupid make errors in their favor plus a tip they did not earn includedIt’s no wonder even on their receipt it shows in small print they give you a credit for cash purchasesIt is shameful to say the least how this business operates ?"
