"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Carla or whatever her name is. She’s the worst one out of all. I love their food, it’s amazing but definitely not worth going if you’re going to get treated horribly. Not worth spending my hard working money for that customer service! This lady never checks up on me. And when I asked her for the check the tip was automatically included. I myself am a server and will never treat a customer the way she did to me! I kindly asked her to remove the tip because it was not the expectation exceeded and she started screaming at me JUST BECAUSE OF A TIP! When it’s not obligated and you have to earn your tips as a server! She even threatened me that I can never go back there just because I didn’t want to tip! It was absolutely horrible and it’s not the first time I’ve had horrible customer service at that place. That place needs whole new staff!! Honestly I deserve an apology and a full refund because that should never be the way to treat a customer absolutely disgusting!!"

Finally, it made this place, Chef Reuben did not disappoint. Many good options here for the Miami Palette. But I was just here for one thing, the animal of the burger. Absolutely amazing. It's really big(that's what she said), so make sure you come hungry or his definitely enough for 2 people

If you? re in the area and want a quick bite, definitely over. I had a medianoche sandwich that was so good. The viola wine was so juicy, not dry as many places. The bread was soft and sweet. The café con leche was also great. I would definitely hold Cuban dishes here. Service was nice and felt like home.

Ultimately, this place checked out and was not disappointed (although, only one thing). Burger was amazing, and unique, but tasted great. I wish they had better pommes, they were just the run of the mill frozen variety. Add fresh cuts and I will be here more often! This morning to hit the lunch and the parking lot. Been going here for years. We drove thru a tropical storm labor day several years ago 90 miles rt just for lunch. Chef Reuben makes the most consistently unique and inventive combinations. You need to follow him to see the sandwich of the week. This week was these tacos. So tasty with cilantro crema. His burgers will require you to unhinge your jaw like a snake. It's not just size. Well executed, delicious taste profiles. And you can pick up a bottle to go. It is a liquor store. If it wasn't 45 miles away, I'd be 400lb

Occasionally stumbled over this place tonight. From outside does not look like much, but looked really busy in so I had to check it. Unusual concept, a restaurant and a liqueur, but what a find! There is so much to choose on the menu. ... Breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, Cuban, pasta, vegan. Steak sandwich was cooked for perfection. The bread and the beats were fresh. The staff was phenomenal. And if the Miami Dade police eat there, it's probably a good sign. Definitely my new trip when I run an airport to get friends and family and things are delayed. Maybe even intentionally leave early as an excuse to visit again.
