"How long will Praline fly under the radar? The food is wonderful, you can hear yourself talk, and there is ample free parking. This time we shared a butternut squash salad (they are enormous) and enjoyed trout almondine and scallops on a mushroom risotto. Cocktails are tasty and the wine list is varied with unusually helpful notes. The dining tables are located upstairs surrounding an atrium with lots of open space, keeping noise down. Only a few minor flaws and a slow start marred the otherwise fine service. We were curious about the brunch menu, and after seeing it, decided we will not only have to come for brunch, we'll have to come more than once."

"I always have a great time at this restaurant. My experience was elevated by trying the red velvet coffee. I had it both cold and hot and was pleasantly surprised. The iced red velvet coffee was delicious, and I also bought a hot one. Normally I prefer tea, but I couldn't resist the red velvet coffee - it was that good. I believe it may not be available for much longer, so I highly recommend trying it before it's removed from the menu."

"This review for their tea and sandwiches in the afternoon. Stale bread for the sandwiches. Scares amount of cucumbers and egg salad in sandwiches with disproportional amount of bread. Regarding the deserts, I feel I can buy in the supermarket with better quality. White just tastes like a water with added sugar. Chicken packed was decent. Jams for scones were just a cheaper supermarket quality. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the supermarket but I would expect from this restaurant and for the price we pay. Disappointing! "We ordered several appetizers at the hotel restaurant, and the staff was excellent. When we mentioned that we wanted to share the soup, they brought it out in two portions to make it easier for us, which was a pleasant surprise! Together, we ordered three starters, and by the end of the meal, we were completely full. The food was fantastic, and the portions were generous! The wine was also quite nice, though a bit pricey, so keep that in mind if you decide to dine here. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and found the service to be exceptional as well."

"We had a late reservation and we sat outside with the newer seating area. It was lit perfectly as well as stocked with plenty of heaters. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, very on the ball. We really enjoyed the fish and the short rib, as well as some great local wine. The little gem salad was great as well as the French onion soup. We were too full for dessert, but the menu also looked delicious! We had to make a reservation on Monday to be sat on Saturday so plan ahead! We will definitely be back when we are in the area."

"Osaka p83 is no longer. It is now called Hanna Tokyo and it's an all you can eat sushi bar with teppenyaki. We went for my daughters birthday because Osaka has always been our favorite hibachi place for celebrations. I made reservations for 4pm and they called me at 410 to see if we were coming and we had just pulled in (they have a 15 min grace period for being late). Keep in mind we made this reservation time because in the past this time is less busy and overstimilating and usually quicker for my autistic daughter. They sat us right away. Our waitress came and got our drink orders quickly and then we waited. It took probably 5 minutes to get drinks while being the only people in the restaurant. Then she came back and said are you guys ready to order or do you need more time. I said we were ready and she said I'll be right back. We waited for 10 min till my husband went and got her. At that point she said oh I thought you needed more time. She took our orders and left. This is where everything became so different from Osaka. We waited close to 30 min before we got our soups and our salads. While we waited at the table closest to the kitchen for our chef to come cook our food we sat and listened to all the waitreses in the restaurant laugh and talk and goof off in the kitchen while we waited. I got just angry enough to get up and go talk to them when our chef finally came out to cook our food. He started out with typical fire and a pretty off color joke which threw me but I didn't want to let that ruin my dinner. It's at this point things just went really really far away from hibachi. He goes on to tell us about his work life and he's been doing this for 17 years he was a manager here and there and a grill master blah blah blah and he's going on and on while he's telling us how he likes his fried rice and he uses a pepper blend and sprinkles it on and he likes his rice crispy so he's gonna cook it like they do hash browns. He cooked our rice in multiple ways over 10 min. He makes a homemade garlic butter he puts on everything and the 3 pepper blend. Those two things is how he seasoned the veggies, the rice and the steak. He also made chicorones out of the fat from the steak to put on our rice. Once he finally gave us our rice it was so crispy it was hard to eat. I didn't end up even eating mine. My husband drowned his in the yum yum sauce cause he had to make it softer. The steak and shrimp were cooked like I'm not even sure, it was a mess. Then at the end of his show he hands us a little slip of paper with his venmo and cashapp so we can tip him or we can tip him in cash. I about fell over and thought what in the actual F. I didn't send him a tip if anyone is wondering. I thought that was so off. All in all the experience went from a solid 10 with Osaka to a 3 for Hanna Tokyo. It honestly was just a terrible experience. Oh I do have to mention we did order sushi and that was good. Not Osaka level but it's good. I would go back for sushi and I might try them for hibachi again but just request not to have that guy."

"Today I ordered a Mango Sobert with mango popping boba, mango jelly, and lychee jelly. I was charged $9.36 because of the added toppings, but before today the toppings had always free. I told the lady there, but was told that toppings had always been charged for froyos. I also told the lady about how the toppings were always given free before, but she wouldn't change the price. Since I was buying for someone else, I couldn't say no to the unfair price. I think that the workers should look over prices because some say toppings are charged for froyo and others don't. This was very confusing and costly, and has definitely been my worse visit."

"The lady who served me was incredibly sweet and very helpful. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, so she offered me some suggestions. Her final recommendation was the black bear frozen dessert, and I’m glad I took her up on it—it was delicious! Thank you for a wonderful experience. The place was clean, and even the bathroom was tidy and had a pleasant smell! The photos I took are original, with a slightly brighter and more colorful edited version included."

"This past Wednesday I had the best service I’ve ever had in a coffee shop! The young lady with dark hair and glasses was so patient and kind, answering all my questions and explaining the different flavors and sizes. I wish I would have asked her name. Nice atmosphere, great coffee, awesome service."

"I used to come here to get my usual noodle dishes such as pho until I peeped at their seafood selections and it has been a game changer. First, I would like to say that this restaurant has great tasting noodle dishes including their pho and bun bo hue. The bun bo hue is sometimes a miss for me because it smells too strongly of pork at times but I know I have a pretty sensitive nose so maybe it's just me. The pho is always on point though. This was my first time ordering dozen clams with their spicy lemongrass butter and it turned out to be a great experience. If you get any of their seafood, I highly recommended getting it with this butter versus just getting it steamed plain. It mixes so well with all the seafoods! They have other seafood options as well). The next time I came back to this restaurant, I just ordered a side of small noodles $2-3) with my seafood dish to dip in the sauce so I can have this dish as a meal. You can also get rice or French bread and I believe they have different portion sizes too. They also have various happy hour, weekday, and lunch deals so you can pretty much get a deal most days of the week even if you just happen to stop by randomly. Overall I recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for some good old pho or if you're feeling adventurous, try the Vietnamese style seafood dishes as well! Clam with lemongrass butter"

"Visiting Bouchon in NYC has become a must for me. While I'm not typically a fan of mall dining, this place is an exception. It never disappoints, offering a lovely view of the park, excellent people-watching, and, most importantly, outstanding food and baked goods. The service is swift and attentive, making it a wonderful spot for brunch or a late lunch. If you're coming with a large group, be sure to make a reservation, as it’s a popular destination and can get quite busy. The bar area is great, but it's better suited for 2-3 people. Apart from their delicious seasonal soups, I won't go into specifics about the menu since everything I've tried – from sandwiches to salads to seafood – has been fantastic. Some portions were a bit larger than I expected, but they might be just right for you. Enjoy your meal!"

"We had a reservation, but they seemed to have no intention of honoring it and ended up seating other guests instead. The burger was quite underwhelming; it reminded me of the cafeteria burgers from school. However, the Monterey cheese was fantastic, and the tomato bisque soup was satisfactory. I enjoyed the Golden Ticket chocolate fondue, but I was disappointed to receive Fruity Pebble Rice Krispies instead of regular ones. My friends thought the mac and cheese was decent and enjoyed the turkey club. The fries were okay, but I found the roasted potatoes to be better. The girl at the door was rude, but the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. They offer BBQ, but it's Korean-style on the ribs, which isn't my favorite."

"The vibes here immaculate. Seriously open air, slightly grungy, unpretentious food, coffee and drinks plus tons of seating. I loved everything but the service. It is a bit strange you can't order at the counter and I was (slightly condescendingly) made aware of that right away. Ok table service then. But the table service took forever. Our server was friendly but it was practically impossible to order. If our server was attentive I would have ordered way more and stayed longer. Alas, a really cool place that would be seriously elevated by great service."

"This bakery has an option to order online. I thought it was great and it got so many recommendations. A week after ordering donuts for an event I still haven’t gotten as much as a confirmation of shipping email so I called them. I was put on hold for 15 minutes as they were “trying to track down the person who deals with online orders”, and when I finally got that person on the phone he said that the driver got confused on the way to my house two days ago, and it was refunded. My house is very accessible and I got no refund from them. Only after having words with them did I finally get a refund, but was left to get the donuts god knows where on the eve of my party. I would give them zero stars if I could. Shameful customer service and bad attitude."
