"Total experience was great. The best was eating. I was in many restaurants and I must say that this was the best steak I had! I had done it well and it wasn't dry. Full taste and simply melt into the mouth. My girlfriend and I went for just a Friday night and we spent little over $200 for both of us including tips. Great experience amazing staff will surely come back!"

"My appreciation for this place keeps growing. Their Bolognese was about the best I've had. Service is great. Their breaded chicken and veal cutlets are available several ways and are excellent. "We came for my boyfrienda birthday. It was extremely disapppointing. The food was awful and over priced. There was also limited selection. The caesar salad was terrible and full of the ier yellow lettuce that made it bitter. I hadnt been to the restaurant for years and it has significantly gone down hill. I was speaking to an acquaintance and he had the same opinion.Service was ok but slow. Actually the busboy forget to give one of us water and when we asked for it, he argued with us and said he did give it.Truly was a waste of moey but more importantly ruined the birthday celebration."

"I got married in Mendocino at another location and we decided to have our reception dinner at the maccallum house. From the very beginning, the communication with their management was great. They were responsive and helpful. We had a party of 27 and reserved a private room in their dining room. Everything was WONDERFUL. We chose the caprese salad, king salmon, cheese plate, and bread and butter as appetizers (which were the recommendations of the chef). For entrees, we chose the steak, duck, and market seafood. Everything was delicious. It was warm, flavorful, with a beautiful presentation and all brought out in a timely manner which is not easy for a party of 27! The service was top notch. All of their staff was friendly and attentive. The location is great! Right in the middle of town and the building and grounds are so beautiful and well maintained. My family was all raving about the experience. We couldn’t have picked a better spot to have our wedding dinner."

"This place has such good food that we came back ! The server Madison was a one girl show the first night we came , she got a bit busy but that didn?t stop the great service ! Came back the next day for beers and pizza and I was told that the day before was her second day ! Super awesome personality, great food ,large portions ?. "I go to a restaurant for the food and the food at Mona Lisa was FANTASTIC. I want to go back now. The space is small and I expected it to be noisy for a group of people who are hard of hearing, but we found the noise level was low. Thoroughly enjoyed the time spent and the quality of food. The service was strong. Not just one person took care of us. I felt the entire staff was looking out for us. I will return and bring many others to Mona Lisa. Compliments to all and especially the chef."

"Nello Restaurant is Delicious Cool. Nello Restaurant on Madison Avenue in NYC is located in the heart of the world's best shopping district. It is across from Hermes. The people watching from the sidewalk cafe is out of this world as is the views from inside the elegantly decorated decor. I had the lobater ravioli which as heaven. The lobster was so fresh and there was so much of it! My boyfriend had the sea bass (we love fish). For the appetizer we shared the chicken liver dish which was a meal in and of itself. We sipped on Bellini's and enjoyed the cool vibe of the restaurant. People were beautifully dressed and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The music was cool. The waiter was knowledgable and friendly. The drinks were heavy handed pours. We dined and lingered and laughed and let satisfied. The owner, Nello Balan, introduced himself and check in on us to make sure everything was ok. He was friendly and well spoken. We loved our meal. We would definately go back!"

"My husband and I recently went to DaVinci's while on our baby moon. We were overwhelmed by the quality of the service and the delicious food! We could not rate the food and atmosphere any higher, but what truly made the experience memorable was the staff. We were greeted by what I assume, must be the owner, who made very pleasant conversation and greeted us with such friendliness. The true star of the show, however, was Adrian E. our server. I am a former waitress myself, and both my husband and I agree that he was by far the best server we have ever encountered. He was extremely pleasant, kind, friendly, attentive and had excellent suggestions for food and wine. At one point I had dipped my napkin in my water to start to blot a spot of oil I got on my dress and he appeared within a minute with soda water, a fresh napkin and a new water glass for me all during the dinner rush. And don't get me started on the home made pasta! I had the linguine and clams and my husband had the fish special and we were blown away. The food was excellent. Truly authentic Italian. Any time we are back in Marco Island, I know this will be our first stop. Thank you DaVinci's!"

"After giving us only the options of 7:15 or 7:45, not 7:30 as we wanted. When we arrived for our 7:15 reservation they kept us waiting half an hour. Although they were apologetic, they did not offer us a free after dinner coffee or any other sort of tangible apology. That kind of service does not encourage a return visit. The rest of the service was good, other than the waiter trying to suggest the Dom Perignon Champagne for $350 (he didn't tell us the price)."

"I've been to Lucia's multiple times. I live right up the street, so when I'm craving Italian or a sub I come here. They have a sub lunch special that the price is pretty good. The fries are amazing! I normally do not like french fries, so the only other place that I eat fries is Five Guys. I've had two different pastas, and they were both good, but they are on the pricey side. I've had pizza once, and I wasn't a fan. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't a flavor palette I wanted/enjoyed. On the cold sub with prosciutto, cheese, and roasted peppers, the peppers overpower the flavor of everything else. It sounds good on paper, but the actual sub isn't as great only because all I could taste was peppers. Overall, I highly recommend Lucia's. It is a little pricey if you don't get their specials, but I would rather support local restaurants over big chains any day. Also, their desserts are great, and you can order them to go. The cannoli is amazing!"

"Bulla has been one of our favorite places for years but unfortunately things seem to have changed. I can only imagine that the place is under new management since our experience was so different. We went for dinner on Friday night and immediately notice a couple things. A big sign saying that they no longer accepted cash, just credit cards. The other was that it was much slower than it used to be on a Friday at 7:30, and we now know why. The food was still good outside the the churros we had for desert that tasted like freezer burnt twigs. The problem was everything else. The table‘s first round of drinks took nearly 30 minutes to arrive. The waitress apologized profusely several times and in the end, the drinks were comped. Remember… I said the place wasn’t very busy. My beer was brought to me in a can. Don’t think I ever had a can served to me in a nice restaurant. No glass, just a can. Our 2nd round of drinks took nearly 20 minutes and this time I was served a can, unopened. I don’t even believe that’s legal when you don’t have a package license. I guess I’m now going out to dinner only to open up my own beer. The worse part of the experience was that the restaurant seemed in a hurry to go home. At 9:20 they turned up the lights… you know, like when a bar turns up the lights to tell you they’re closing. Mind you, they close at 10. The check was hurriedly given to us and we felt pressured to pay quickly. We asked if we could order a round of drinks to take up to the rooftop bar and we got them oddly quickly this time. So at 9:30 we paid and took our drinks up to the rooftop…except the rooftop bar was closed… at 9:30 on a Friday night. Why bother having a rooftop bar? We took our drinks outside to a table on the street but before we could enjoy our drinks, employees started putting up the chairs and cushions all around us. We finally gave up and left. Always makes me sad when good restaurants stop caring about the guest experience and then wonder why business tank"

"The stuffed pizza is amazing- that crust is so crisp on the outside and so perfectly soft on the inside. They have a bit too many fried food options so if you're a foodie you won't find anything new or interesting. But the menu is vast, reasonably priced and the entrees are decent. If you like Italian, the pastas are great, too. I tend to always order the blackened chicken fingers which is an appetizer and amazing. They have a decent won't list, and a great shop to buy wines to go, but I've ordered a few bottles of red that came to my table so warm it felt as though they were microwaved, but they were gracious in their handling of the situation. Great solid restaurant to visit. I come here often."

"The atmosphere was good, the noise level was fine, it was the food that was lacking. The service was very good, nice wait staff and reception! The sweetness of the sauces in our Mexican food was very different and not in a good way! Even the salsa for the chips was more like spaghetti, how do you mess up something simple like salsa??? We think the worst was the enchilada sauce, sweet sauce come on, cinnamon doesn't go with enchiladas, I don't care if it's California, it doesn't taste good, sorry!!!!!!"

"We got two appetizers including the burrata and I can't remember the other one and my fiance got the chicken parmesan and I got the chicken piccata. The chicken piccata sauce was disappointing disappointing at best it tasted a little like dish detergent and the piece of chicken was pale and under seasoned almost boiled honestly laid within the pasta. Such a shame the desserts were fabulous"

"Best tiramisu I’ve ever had! DO NOT GET THE CALAMARI! We didn’t think to ask how it was prepared but the calamari was cold, the sauce was hot, and the whole dish ended up a kind of cold mushy mess. Our server didn’t ask us how the food was, and when we did end up sharing how it wasn’t for us, she said, “oh yeah. "Stopped by this awesome homey restaurant in a huge car rest stop near Exit 34 of CA 60 E Pomona Freeway and IT WAS FANTASTIC. I got a full rest refueled myself with yummy Italian dishes, while my car was parked in a tree shaded spot which there are many! This place serves really nice Italian cuisine with European pub vibes atmosphere inside (I LOVE THIS FEELING SINCE WALKING IN OMG) Lovely music, partitioned seatings, dim lighting, great food smell, wine shelf, vintage restroom, etc.. Here are the cheat sheet if you are blank of what to order: ? starter cheesy garlic bread: perfect seasoning, crispy thin crust ? main low cal salmon: juicy tender salmon with nicely grilled veggies chicken masala: my favorite pasta OMG lasagna: soft properly cooked cheesy ? side (comes with main) Julie's wedding soup: delicious soup with a lot of ingredients salad (ranch, Italian dressing): fresh mix of your favorites ? drink Italian soda: carbonated creamy very yummm The staff here are all really nice and made me feel at home. "The ambiance and service were great! Our server was very kind, and came to check in on us/gave us new plates in between each course. The inside of the restaurant was very cute, and clean!The food, however, was a bit disappointing! We were super excited to try some Spanish brunch tapas, but the main entrees were less than pleasing/bland! Neither of us enjoyed our entrees (braised pork hash and Bulla burger). The braised pork hash was missing some major seasoning (and no hot sauce was available). The Bulla burger also did not have a ton of flavor. We only tasted the smoke fromThe grilled beef hamburger.I would say the stars of the show were the appetizers and the desserts! We really enjoyed the watermelon salad and the smoked salmon for our first course. The blueberry pancakes and goat cheese ice cream were also good."
