"The ice cream was excellent, as always. We ordered a kiddie cone for our son and requested that it be made half the usual size, which the staff kindly accommodated. Unfortunately, my 2-year-old dropped it before he could take a bite. When we returned to the window to ask if it could be remade, a man with semi-long dark hair, a beard, and glasses informed my husband that we would have to pay for another one. Having spent 15 years in customer service, I believe that if a customer drops their drink, it’s standard practice to remake it. It’s simply good customer service, especially since I paid full price for just half of a cone. I was very disappointed with how they handled the situation."
