Great new store and location. Now if the employees could atleast say hello or acknowledge you're even at the register to give your money and business to them. Repeatedly have gone in and felt like a number to them. Could go anywhere and feel this way for lower prices. Step up your game.!!!

I was told today no I couldn't have my pizza put in the oven a few extra minutes to have crispy pepperoni even though last time I asked and they did it no problem. This place is getting so ridiculous and it's always crowded at night with people just gathered in there like it's a night club.

Stopped by on Saturday 4-10-21 in the evening for a soft serve ice cream cone and milkshake and they were a little slow, but the young lady that made our shakes was so pleasant and helpful!! Also a young man assisted in her cashing us out while she made the shakes… thumbs up for the crew working that night View menu

A female employee who works at the sandwhich and food prep area wears her mask below her nose, I dont know about you but I prefer her not breathing on my food. I took the manager aside to let him know and he acknowledged it wasnt being worn properly and would speak to her, which he did however she did not adjust her mask over her nose so much for that.

I love Byrne Dairy. I grew up in the Syracuse area so Im loyal to the brand. This location is a beautiful newer store. The employees though, leave so much to be desired. The staff are incredibly slow and dont acknowledge you. You won't be greeted. The cashier wont even tell you your total. One time I paid for my purchase and was waiting for my slice of pizza when i had to ask the employee to stop talking to her co-worker so i can get my food and leave (mind you there was a line behind me too)
