"This was my second experience there. The first time, about a year and a half ago, was amazing, especially with the outdoor view. But today, we were shocked by the half-pound beef fajita we ordered, which we usually love at all Mexican restaurants. It was $40 for what seemed like very little meat, definitely not half a pound, and just a small amount of onion without bell pepper—nothing like before. Worse, the salsa had rotten tomatoes in it. My wife has a strong stomach and a good sense of smell, and she immediately noticed something was off. She smelled everything and realized it was the tomatoes. Our waitress was nice, and when she told her the food wasn’t good, she called the manager. He said he'd been there for nine months and that the only thing they changed was the marinade. My wife mentioned the small fajita portion and the rotten tomatoes, but he didn’t even bother to smell it and insisted they use fresh products. What if a child had eaten that? Or someone with a weaker stomach? But beyond that, the most important issue for me was the portion size—especially considering how expensive it was."
