"We arrived with reservations. We were seated and told our server would be right over. min later, no server. As we waited other tables were seated. All were given chips, salsa and water. Servers continued to pass our table. Then they started taking the other tables orders and my patience ran out. I flagged down the host and let them know we had still not been served. After about more minutes our server came and asked what we wanted to drink. She never introduced herself and seemed frustrated. We ordered drinks and she left. After another min a server passed by and must have saw we were very bothered. He asked had we been helped. We let him know we had ordered drinks but our server never came to take it food order. He was able to take our food order and provided us with water as well. Our original server finally brought our drinks which were supposed to be frozen margaritas. They were almost completely melted which tells me they had been sitting for a while. The food order was messed up as the person with me let the server know he was allergic to onions yet his food was covered with onions. I must say I was extremely disappointed with my experience because I had really hyped up this place to my friend. The service was the worst Iâve had in many years. There were no apologies for the long wait times and the entire experience made me rethink whether this is someplace I would return. I really hope this was not common."

This is my favorite location for a number of reasons. Excellent host who is very informative and helpful. Thanks Jose!! Excellent happy hour deals. I am happy we were able to catch it. The drinks were strong and well mixed and the food was hot and fast. We hosted a IG/Facebook live session on the patio and the staff was so amazing with making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for showing excellent service during such hard times.

We had to leave. We waited for about minutes at the table with no one acknowledging us. No chips and salsa no water no drinks nothing. We waited for minutes at the front without anyone acknowledging us being there along with other parties. This was minutes of waiting after the reservation time. We looked around and nobody had any food. The entire time we were there. Another table that was sat before us also had no food drinks or water. It was terrible. We decided to leave at that point.
