"The food here was good. I had the french onion soup and the beet salad. Very happy with both. There were some things we were not happy with. First, we thought we were going to the fifth floor location in the hotel, but found out that it is closed and our table was out in the open in the lobby. Second, we booked a reservation for people but were given a table that was clearly for two. My son had to sit with his legs draped over a bar that ran between two table legs in front of him. If they didn't have a table for three they shouldn't have taken our reservation. That was really not classy or acceptable. Lastly, my husband's wine glass looked very dirty. Looked like there was lipstick all over the rim. That was a big turnoff. Prices here were not cheap and we expected better for the price"

Arrived at the restaurant and it was closed. It didn't even open up that day

Food price was reasonable for Times Square. Quality was okay. To be expected for a hotel dining experience

The website said it was on the floor. It was in the lobby. No atmosphere. The food was fine but not exceptional for the price View menu

BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS! Stay away from this place at all costs, while the front of the house staff is very nice the bedbugs are hungry and mean.

"The room had a wonderful king-size bed in one room and a pull-out couch in a separate living room. The views were great and the location was in the heart of Times Square. Check-in was at 4."

it is not on the floor, basically bar dining. No view as the website says that there is. Right by the elevators where the light goes on every time it opens, extremely annoying. The food was bland and tasteless and my husband was sick all and the next day. DO NOT GO HERE View menu

We were able to get a seat on a Saturday night which was great. However, the service was slow we waited a very long time for the food. We were heading to the theater were warned it was taking a while. The restaurant was not very full we didn’t order food that took a long time to make salad, burgers sandwiches. The total bill was which seemed excessive even for nyc

The hotel would not let us in. Also they looked at us like we were idiots when we told them we had an open table reservation. They acted like they didn’t even know what open table was when they shouldn’t even be on open table in the first place if people that don’t stay at the hotel aren’t even allowed in. Ridiculous! Do not book here or you will have to find somewhere else to eat as they did not honor reservation

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
