"I know I've already reviewed Harbor deli but I have to review it again! Let me start by saying a few days before my daughter got married in July 2022 we were informed that the entire day we're getting ready and taking photos getting ready there was no food included. Plenty of mimosas and coffee or juices but no food. I called Harbor deli and asked them to make me some platters last minute to pick up first thing in the morning on my daughters wedding day not only did they out do themselves but they threw in a fruit platter as a congratulations. Now today is Labor Day and just happens to be my birthday and I wake up in the morning and my teenage daughter slept out and my husband is at an early fire house event, and I'm hungry for breakfast and all I could think about is it's a holiday I'm gonna have to cook myself breakfast on my birthday. Nope Harbor deli is open!!! And they are making me my birthday breakfast and my mom who lives upstairs her favorite egg sandwich. Harbor deli is amazing! Always fresh delicious food, always reliable, mine and my families favorite deli!"

"Last night we had a party of three and decided to eat in Ruven's. We've been having breakfast for a long time and last night, for the first time dinner guests. Our server was attentive and accommodating. Our meals were served, a dinner was unacceptable. Half a roasted chicken was boiled and the green beans burned. I decided to discuss this with the manager. When I told him that the meal was overcooked, he informed me that he saw my wife cut into the chicken and told me that the white meat of the chicken will be dry. That was an interesting feedback considering that they were busy, and he never saw our way. I found his comments unacceptable, and an apology was never offered. In addition, we were calculated for the side salad and ice tea that was part of the dinner. That was also unacceptable. A manager who does not accept feedback tells me that I'm basically wrong doesn't belong to the business. This was our last time we feed at Ruvens and I will share our experience with friends and family. Totally unacceptable and insulting behavior. There are many other ways to eat in the area and lose customers will not build your business when you take care."

"If there's such a thing as French Bistro comfort food in Vermont, this is the place to get it. This is our favorite goes to spot for lunch or dinner year in and year out. During busy times it's difficult to get a reservation although sometimes they save spots for walk-ins. Outdoor dining on Church Street in season. Can't wait for its new sibling restaurant, Electra's, to open down the road in Shelburne."

"I'll start by saying my daughter and I were sat at a table where there was a horrendous smell of urine. When we left, they at least had the smarts to leave Table 22 vacant.I wanted a table for 2 people. I gave my name and cell number to get a text. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait, but it was more like 5 minutes. When I was providing my information, I saw an elderly male walking out with a walker and his pants were wet around his waist. I felt sorry for him on the inside. I never thought in a million years I would be seated where he probably just sat. I'm not saying that happened, but there was a horrific smell at Table 22. I didn't notice it immediately as I had my mask on. After placing my food order and getting my drink, I took my mask off. Oh my goodness, that urine smell hit me like a ton of bricks. My server was very apologetic. One of the managers not so much. I was told other people in the restaurant told them of the smell. So why in the world would you seat someone there. I was told they saw no liquid. I don't care; it could have dried up depending on how long the guests sat at the table. I did complete a form on the incident. Since it was 7 PM and my daughter was really hungry, we sat at another table to eat our food. My meal was overcooked probably because it sat long waiting. Another manager offered a replacement but I was ready to go. They did take off about 20% from the bill. I basically gave that to the server as he was really nice. Since the food wasn't that great, I more than likely won't go back ever again. I already told a friend about my experience. She will never go."

"It can be a challenge to find a delicious bagel in Connecticut, but I finally discovered Upper Crust and was thrilled with their offerings. They serve full, fluffy bagels with a crispy crust, filled with delicious bacon, egg, and cheese, all at a reasonable price. My bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was fresh and incredibly tasty. Honestly it wasn’t all one man and it rarely is… but that family knew what it took to be successful and they have clearly carried on the tradition. For those of you who have a place where they are known as “regulars”… you know what I’m referring to…. Places like this create a sense of family of which you are a member… from employee to customer… we were all family. I was a “goomba” but that was huge!!! Huge cap tip to the Vickers folks for keeping the tradition of fine dining alive."

"Last two times I ate the Brisket and the Steak. I was very disappointed at her. Both times the meat was dry and chewing. I suggest you stick to the Deli plates or the burgers. Even when I ordered a diet coke, I was told they were out. How to run a restaurant from one of the most popular soft drinks. After dinner, the waiter brought the dessert dish. I chose a Danish. What a surprise that was also dried out. The only plus for the whole evening was or wait. He was very attentive and offered to inform the chef about the problems I had."

"I really love the food here; it’s consistently good, and the service is usually satisfactory or even excellent depending on who is serving you. However, I recently visited with a friend on a Monday around noon, and despite it not being busy, no one greeted us. I noticed at least two employees glance our way but then ignore us. After a few minutes, someone finally waved and signaled that they would be with us shortly. By that time, another person had also begun waiting behind us, and with so many other dining options nearby, we decided to leave. "had bad experience here on Friday 29 June 2012. Breakfast in the morning and within 1 hour had bad cases of food poisoning that lasted three days. I approached Mr. D's owner a week later in his hotel. Although he immediately apologized He only heard about. 30 seconds to my account and returned the door before I could ask him for some kind of restitution. I lost bail on fishing trip that was canceled for food poisoning. His attack on the situation was as bad as the food in his diner."

My total came to $4.30, but she refused to let me pay with my card due to a minimum purchase requirement of $5, which was not clearly indicated anywhere. "I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered the lunch special, which was supposed to be a garden salad with chicken, but instead, I received a garden salad topped with chicken salad. I wasn't initially going to ask for a refund, but the rude attitude of the cashier changed my mind. I requested that all the salads be replaced, but she refused to replace one because it had already been opened. When I arrived to pick up my food, she handed it to me without even a "thank you" or any acknowledgment. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever encountered. "I got the buffalo chicken bites. They were horrible. Hard and dry, inedible, I had to throw them away. Also, had the spaghetti and meatballs. Meatballs were extremely overcooked. "Terrible, Petty, Unprofessional, Rude, Cheap, and Miserable. If I could give negative Stars, I would. I wouldn 't send my worst enemy to this place. They also run a satellite cafeteria in my office building at the Omni Building in Uniondale. The guy working behind the breakfast sandwhich counters is the embodiment of the word MISERABLE. He is so rude, you feel like you 're bothering him when you say Good morning, how are you? If you ask for a side of hot sauce forget about it he 'll slam the hot sauce on the counter afterwards. The old lady that works the register is probably the WORST part of this place. She disgusts me. I regularly come here and so do many of my colleagues, since it 's downstairs, on busy days it is convenient. One day I ordered a breakfast wrap $9.00 , which in general, has more wrap than egg protein. When i get to the register, I kindly mention to the register lady that I forgot to grab ketchup packets and that I would be grabbing them after paying for my wrap, and exiting through the entrance which is no uncommon . This lady then has the AUDACITY, to tell me not to take too much ketchup. Idk what to say at this point. I pause in amazement. Then i ask Why? and she goes on to tell me that last time i took way too much ketchup and that they yes THEYYY! are not ok with that and said something after seeing me. WHO ARE THEY?... The audacity to call me out and shame me on taking like 5 ketchup packets 1 WEEK PRIOR, when my office and the other offices in the building literally contribute thousands upon thousands of dollars annually to this business for terrible tasting food, the worst hours of operations and BURNT coffee. I am more than happy to pay even .25 cents per ketchup packet. Charge me. But to tell me that LAST TIME, i took too many ketchup packets. Are you serious? This is the worst business I have ever in 27 years on EARTH been to. This is one of many incidents that have occurred between the Stewart Ave location and the Omni cafeteria and my colleagues. Terrible people and less than mediocre food. If you are considering going here, please consider fasting instead."

"I've only been to three Seasons Pizza locations in my life: Owings Mills, MD; Towson, MD; and this one in Cockeysville, MD. Out of these three, this location definitely stands out as the best based on my experience. The service is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the food is always served hot and fresh. The Season Bites were my least favorite item, and while the Chicken Cheesesteak was decent, it wasn't particularly impressive. However, the Spaghetti, garlic bread, Pizza, and fries were all very tasty! I particularly enjoy the NY-style crust, which is what they offer here. Overall, the food is of good quality, and I highly recommend this place!"

"I have been ordering from Seasons for over a year, at first my deliveries were quick and accurate, but my last 6 deliveries have had missing items, cool/lukewarm food, wedding soup with no meatballs or 1 meatball. Orders made incorrectly. Yesterday, they texted that my order was leaving at 8:19 PM. I am at most 10 minutes away. The food arrived a little after 9 PM. Of course, all of it had cooled off. Their food is wonderful if customized as asked. I also like their choice of well done or light on pizza, bread, and rolls. Sometimes they get a little heavy on the dried spices."
