"Typically, we really enjoy this restaurant and it's always our top choice for dining out in Hermosa Beach. However, during our recent visit, the white meat chicken was overcooked, resulting in a dry and stringy texture. I was quite hungry, so I managed to eat most of it, but I felt it was important to let the waitress know about the issue. She mentioned that she would inform the manager, but unfortunately, the manager never came over to address the situation, nor did we receive any compensation, not even a dessert or an apology for our feedback. Additionally, our water glasses remained empty for a significant portion of the meal, the waitress forgot our salad, and the brown rice was overlooked as well. To top it off, the music was a bit too loud. Unfortunately, this experience has made us hesitant to return in the future."
