"UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW: (I posted to complain, so I felt it only fair to post to say good things). The new manager, Elizabeth followed up on my complaint. She was SO nice and SO awesome! What I loved most is that she REALLY cared about my complaint. Ididn 't feel dismissed or just like another customer complaining . She really took ownership, and I loved that! It 's not alwaysabout getting something free or getting a gift card. There are times where it 's about someone really caring about what youhave to say as a customer, apologizing (and meaning it) and truly wanting to improve the service for the customer. And I feltall of that from Elizabeth. She offered a $50 gift card, and I can 't wait for us to give this location another try really soonunder her new management, in which I will definitely be updating my review. ?? My family and I had curbside take out. $125 worth of food and it wasterrible. First let 's talk about the serving sizes. If we 're paying the same money as those dining in, why are our serving sizeportions smaller? Now moving in to the food. The chips for the artichoke dip were stale, the dip itself was so thick it waslike soup that has solidified in a can sitting in the store. The brussel sprouts were hard and BURNT, yes, burnt! My kid 'ssalmon was rather rubbery. Good thing I ordered him a side of broccoli, because he only had a few stems with his meal, smh.Moreof our food went in the trash than in our stomachs. It was just a terrible experience and I was very disappointed. I posted apic of hard, burnt brussel sprouts These restaurants are failing poorly with their service and food quality, yet they 'recharging the same or even higher prices during these times. I 'm ready to just to stop eating out and just cook at home, which wedo most of the time, but try to treat ourselves with eating out every now again, but its so disappointing out here. Doesn 't doany good to reach out to m"
