Red Lobster - Menu

Potatoes were half finished, potato baked and tasted as if it were OLD! I talked to 3 different people on the phone and everything I wanted was extra sour cream, butter and cheese with my baked potato, but they said they couldn't wake me with it!

Good meal, good service. Everything came out timely and was good. Our waitress was a little forgetful, but her kindness and apologetic nature kept us satisfied. Red Lobster is a bit over priced as always, but that is to be expected for Red Lobster.

During a pandemic .... all customers were placed in a small area together because they were short on staff ... we left without eating or taking off our masks! Not a fan of a sea-food chain concept but this one is well organized, the staff is helpful without being over the top and the meat, both white and red, was very tasty. The vegetables could have been a tad fresher but we were probably one of the lastsittings of the day, so hard to say if it wasn't just the bad luck of going in late.

We visited for lunch today and were surprised to find the restaurant nearly empty. When we mentioned we had two adults and three kids, the hostess reacted with a sigh and made a face, then told us that there would be a 40-50 minute wait for a party of five. We suggested sitting at a high-top table in the bar or pulling up an extra chair, but she said no. Disappointed, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere.

As for the food, it was in line with what you'd expect from most Red Lobsters—richly buttery and possibly containing more calories in one bite than one might want in a week. Still, I can't resist a good Cheddar Bay biscuit and Alaskan king crab! Pair that with a glass of pinot grigio, and it turned out to be a delightful meal. I ordered a side salad and lobster/shrimp rolls and both had rotten and wilted lettuce. Upon bringing the issue to the manager Danny he was rude and asked what I wanted . When I explained the issues to him he said what do you want . Upon speaking to my server she advised that Danny gets a lot of complaints because of his rudeness and unprofessionalism. I would not eat there again even if I was payed to do so . Steer clear

We were traveling through and stopped to pick up our call in order. We took our food to our motel approximately 20 minutes away from Red Lobster. We realized they hadn?t given us our biscuits when we got to our motel. I called to see if they could return some money to our credit card. The manager said he couldn?t. He also told me the waitress who gave us our food admitted she forgot the biscuits. The manager did say he could send us a coupon for free biscuits. That?s all he could do. I gave him my address. We?ve been back home for almost a month and no coupon. The food is good but not the service.

!!NO GLUTEN ALLERGY ACCOMMODATIONS!! I called ahead to inquire if they have any gluten free options available (because two family members have Ciliac Disease) and the manager assured me that they do. When I got there, that did not seem to be the case. Our waitress, Angelina, did not know what we meant by 'gluten free ' nor did she know the difference between grilled or fried.
