We went the day before Thanksgiving and were crunchy in a time, but that wasn't a problem. Our server/waitress was great! The food was delicious! It was an expensive meal, but it was worth it another time when I'm sure. Voir le carte

Host threw our menus and silverware on the table. Kitchen didn't give everything that was to come with meal. Not much food for the price $15.99 for a handful of fries and 1 piece of fish it was good, coleslaw was inedible. Had to catch waiter for a refill on drinks. Never again.

During a pandemic .... all customers were placed in a small area together because they were short on staff ... we left without eating or taking off our masks! We asked to be in a different area and were refused. The lack of disregard for health and safety made it not worthy to eat there! ??

Not a fan of a seafood chain concept, but this is well organized, the staff is helpful without being over the top and the meat, both white and red, was very delicious. The vegetables could have been a bit fresher, but we were probably one of the last sessions of the day, so hard to say whether it was not just the bad luck to go too late. Voir le carte

The food was quite good, but our server seemed a bit off, and the managers were just strolling around, looking like they weren't doing much of anything (which was amusing). The atmosphere felt strange, and the AC was running even though it’s almost winter, making the restaurant really cold. My food got cold before I could finish it because of that. I’ll definitely return, but I hope for a better experience next time!

We were traveling through and stopped to pick up our call in order. We took our food to our motel approximately 20 minutes away from Red Lobster. We realized they hadn?t given us our biscuits when we got to our motel. I called to see if they could return some money to our credit card. The manager said he couldn?t. He also told me the waitress who gave us our food admitted she forgot the biscuits. The manager did say he could send us a coupon for free biscuits. That?s all he could do. I gave him my address. We?ve been back home for almost a month and no coupon. The food is good but not the service.

Absolutely terrible, I ordered the ultimate feast with the bacon Mac and cheese, the crab had no meat in it and it was freezing and old. The shrimps were cold and old. And the macaroni had the look and texture as iff you made boxing macaroni and let it sit there for 30 minutes Then I got the garlic linguine Alfredo (pasta) and I got the linguine pasta without sauce nothing on it. Since I was most looking forward to the pasta as I am not a fan of seafood, it was mostly for my friend, we are concerned that we can get sick because of the quality of the food. I called and they said we were wrong. (Order was a phone order) but this whole time the service was absolutely terrible. I called and they... Voir le carte
