"Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I received an email offering triple points for trying out their new "3 from the Sea" menu. This menu includes a soup or salad, a single-sized appetizer, and one selection from a choice of seven entrees. We went for it last night, and it was fantastic! Once again, our server was excellent, and the food was served promptly and was very tasty. My wife and I both ordered the shrimp linguine, which was loaded with shrimp—so much that I was pleasantly surprised! It was a generous portion. The next day, we both had leftovers for lunch, along with a few extra cookies, all for just $40, including drinks! I redeemed my reward points for a dessert that we enjoyed at home, and thanks to the tripled points promotion, I’ve gathered enough for another free dessert on our next visit. "Every time I eat in Red Lobster, I question my decision. This time it wasn't different. Our waitress was a little less than great and would sit down at a nearby stand to play on roles if she didn't have to get up. Our food came right and hot, but was a bit rough in taste. The amount of fat sat in the dish like a soup that left us with an annoyed stomach for the rest of the day."

"Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell in the restaurant. We assumed it might be masked by the aroma of the food we were expecting, but that wasn’t the case, and it almost completely took away our appetite. We ended up having to take our food home in doggy bags. Another issue was the small computer tablet on the table, which was facing the wrong direction. It was pointed away from us, and the waitress didn't turn it to show us the bill until after we finished eating. My wife had to maneuver it so we could see the screen without it glaring in our faces while we were trying to enjoy our meal. On top of that, we noticed that the seats at our table were worn and torn, with holes in them. This Red Lobster location really needs a lot of improvements. We won’t be returning anytime soon!"

"We arrived at Red Lobster in Alton, IL for an early dinner on Friday at 4pm. We had made a reservation through Open Table and were pleased to see our name on the waitlist when we arrived. We were promptly seated and greeted by our waiter, Wyatt F., within 1-2 minutes. He helped us with the menu and answered our questions before taking our order. The food arrived quickly and my wife was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion of shrimp she received when she ordered the Pick 2-3 option. The lobster was served in two bowls, each containing 7 pieces, and the scallops were small but plentiful. Overall, we had a great dining experience at Red Lobster and left feeling very satisfied."

"Everyone here was really nice.The first table we sat at had water dripping from the overhead HVAC duct. Luckily they weren’t busy so we were able to move when we pointed that out.Most of the food came out pretty good except for the chicken fingers. Those had obviously been sitting for a while and were hard and dry.The drinks were all good and came out quickly.All in all a pretty good visit but they need to look into that drip because that can cause mold in the ceiling and be very unsanitary dripping on customers or in their food and they need to put the same care into chicken fingers that they do everything else."

"Our server and the food were great, and although the restaurant was very busy, the wait for our meals was reasonable. However, there was a significant issue with the reception and the preferred seating list available through the OpenTable app. Unfortunately, it just doesn't function properly! We had booked a preferred seat, but when we arrived, all those seats were occupied, even though we had the assigned time. It's noted that what we have is not a guaranteed reservation, but you would think it should be acknowledged in some way. Sadly, it wasn't. So, I would suggest not to bother with it!"

"The service at the restaurant was excellent, with Zach attending to us constantly to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. I was dining with my wife and three local friends, and we had a great time catching up. However, the food was disappointing. I ordered the Endless Shrimp and was only able to finish half of what was served due to the poor quality. The rice was undercooked and the shrimp was overly salty. I regretted spending my money here, as I felt it would have been better spent at another restaurant. My wife and I are loyal customers of Red Lobster in Toronto, where the food is much better cooked. This was our first visit to Red Lobster West Palm Beach and it will also be our last."

"We go to Red Lobster about once a week to the one that is nearest to where we happen to be lunch time between 2. I always get the broiled trout, my husband usually does. For about the last 4 6 weeks the trout has been cooked too long and is very dry. We are at the point where we will go to one of the other restaurants in town that have fish. I would only recommend going there to others if they did not order the trout."

"My husband and I came to Red Lobster, and the first thing we noticed was that there was no hostess. So basically, we just stood there waiting for someone to notice us. We were seated right away since being noticed as the place was empty on a Saturday night. Maybe that should have been a sign..... We ordered our drinks and apps, and everything came as normal and was fine. But we were never given any straws. Waited 20 mins for the waitress to come back around to ask for straws, but she never did, so I had to ask another waitress passing by. Our meal arrived, and my husband 's meal was all messed up. A chunk of his lobster tail was missing, 2 of his sides never came, 1 order of shrimp Alfredo that he didn 't order, and his steak was severely undercooked. Where 's my waitress??? Good question who knows. Had to ask the manager that was passing by to please fix the issues. He 's said, What would you like me to do? Yeah, he actually said that. Ultimately, he ended up comping our whole meal. By the end of the meal, all I wanted was a to go box and again had to ask another waitress for it bc my waitress still never came back. The customer service here is severely lacking. Lobster way over cooked and a chunk missing Steak severely undercooked Cheddar bay biscuit very very dry Shrimp Alfredo very bland and barely and Alfredo sauce on it. For the prices you charge Red Lobster, this place is a disgrace."

"Service was horrible and server was very rude. He kept telling us no to every request, from the very beginning. He even went so far as to to say that my husband had too many requests. For the price we paid, it definitely wasn’t worth it. I got very irritated with the attitude and decided I was done eating. My parents and husband were annoyed as well and to the point my mother got an upset stomach dealing with his attitude. I don’t believe I’d recommend and certainly don’t want to go back, as this is it the first bad experience I’ve had with this location. Very disappointed."

"Went for a business dinner. We were seated fast and with as much seats as we needed, which was important since Red Lobster does not reserve tables, only has preference seating. The food was great and came out quickly. The service was great as well and everything came out as ordered. The waiter was very respectful and polite and made everyone feel welcomed. "A waste of time our money!!!! To say that the meal in the pic was over $30 it was absolute TRASH!!! (This is exactly how the food came to our table) The lobster was overly boiled the size of an average crawfish. The food looked pitiful it seemed as though the manager on duty was too busy to assist us. We went there 1135am… so why was the food not prepared correctly. Through all of this.. The biscuits were freshly baked our waitress “Kenisha” was soooo sweet. That’s the only highlights of our meal… I did the survey that was on the receipt haven’t heard anything back we were there the Friday right before Father’s Day. Never Again."

"typical red lobster offer. the selection of seafood is common for red lobsters and tastes pretty good. service is less desirable. we were there a few times to this special restaurant location and the operating side of the restaurant seems never to be together. there are long waiting times between order, salate and meal. every time they have to ask when the next cure comes. Finally, if they are finally ready to go, they have to come after the bill and then literally hunt the waiter or as in our case the last few times that we were there to pay the restaurant manager for the bill. on a positive note the lobster is pretty good."

"We went here on Sunday, 4/17 at 1pm. We have visited this location many times in the past snd usually have excellent service. The service on this occasion was a disaster. First, we put on name on list online. Upon arrival the host could not find the name on the list. When asked to check again, he found the name. After being seated, we were greeted pleasantly and our order was taken. The rest of the service we received was unfriendly and unfortunate. When the salads arrived at the table, the waitress arrived with a scowl and quickly and aggressively called out the names of the salads until someone at the table grabbed each salad. Our drinks did not arrive until after our salads and appetizers. When the entrees arrived, our table was still covered in dirty dishes even though we cleaned and stacked them as best as possible. The names of dishes were again called out loudly and aggressively at our group. My MIL was missing a side dish, but was afraid to ask the waitress for it after our previous encounters with her. She never received her side dish. We understand if the restaurant was short staffed. We don’t mind waiting. However, being yelled at my the waitstaff repeatedly when we are waiting patiently is unacceptable."

"We enjoyed their Sirloin and Maine Lobster Tail soecial for $19.99. The lobster was probably from a 1 Pounder, but was properly prepared, which can challenge on a smaller split tail. The steak was ordered (medium rare), but for Sirloin was quite hard. You must not buy well-marized choice of steaks at this price-point. As one of my two sides I ordered Brussel spears that they roasted, then covered with an amazing sauce. Too many places drench brussel sprouts with sugary goo try to turn them into candy. Not here. The sauce filled the roasted sorout without hiding its taste. What I do NOT recommend to get are the Lobster potatoes. These come as a side with a $4 charge that is simply not worth it. There is a blanching white engraving over the ice cream pots of potato pulp surrounded by four popcorn size bits of lobster meat. I was confused, why a lobster restaurant with so many lobster bowls served a Bland fire if the creation of a lobster lasts only minutes with bowls and a wine and butter suction? That would have added so much depth to the severity, but instead my girl's hair would have been wondering if she just sprayed into Sone chicken strain?"

"Wow, we had the date special 2 lobster tails, 2 steaks, 2 shrimp kabobs 4 each, a bowl of mac and cheese with bacon and 2 sides. We chose a baked potato to split and their Amazing brussel sprouts I believe they are air fried and the sauce is soy sauce and ginger. Last but not least their yummy cheese buns. I believe it cost 73.00 well worth every penny. Our server was Caissa and she was just perfect. Great place to go. I highly recommend it. They have lots of other plates that looked and smelled great as well. They also serve adult drinks. We split a sangria, it was refreshing, we had a long drive ahead of us)"

"Dad and I both had the all you can eat shrimp Monday special. It was really good. It comes with 1 side, so I got a side that would be easy to take home and have for another meal...a baked potato. Before leaving, dad asked for more of the cheddar bay biscuits and our waitress brought some out in a to go bag for us. It's always worth asking. Worse thing that could happen is they say no. They were busy, as it was supper time, but everything came out in a timely manner and was hot and fresh."
