"Bought $300 worth of food to go and will never do that again. Bought the Ultimate Family meal for 4, received only 3 lobster tails. Food was supposed to be done at 4:45 pm, I showed up at 4:30, and it was already done and bagged. If I had to guess from the limp fries my Aunt received, the food sat for at least a half hour before I picked it up. I paid $50 in tips for the workers when I ordered the food, and never again will I do that either. Overall, it was a bad experience and will not do the online ordering again. Update They message me on this review telling me to contact them through Facebook messenger, so I do. After a few days they tell me someone will contact me by a certain date, they don't. So I message them back saying I haven't heard from anyone. They tell me the manager at Lake City Fl Red Lobster will contact me by this other date, but they do not. I message them again on Messenger, and they tell me multiple tries to contact me have failed, ?. MY CELL NUMBER IS ON THE RECEIPT I SENT THEM! There was no attempt to contact me, so anyway, they told me to contact the restaurant myself. I've already spent too much of my time for what, an apology? Please, I'm done with these people and the games. It's obvious the upper management cares as much as the workers under them do when it comes to customer service. The sad part is, I'm not from Lake City, I was only visiting family. I live in Upstate, NY, and I won't go to this one up here either anymore."
