"First no decaf coffee, then no coffee cups. Took minutes to get a cup of coffee. We had to ask for rolls then wait until a new batch came out. One person added lobster mashed potatoes to their meal and they came out way before the meal. It took forever to get our food "because a large party ordered before us". My husband's food had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for sometime. Horrible meal service."

I haven't been to Red Lobster in probably years and now I know why. I would put the food on the same level as Sizzler. The only thing that has remained the same the bread.

Great server. slim black guy. Deserves kudos for friendliness and attentiveness They’ve changed the Caesar salad dressing recipe and it’s noticeable (not great). The new butter pouched lobster is wonderful.

Came for the endless shrimp.. food was good... Drinks were good We were seated right next to the bathroom.. which kind of sucks.. And it was about 45 minutes to get the actual dinner Other than that.. great service View menu

The staff was very friendly and our server was the best. Her name is Juliana and she did a wonderful job and was very attentive. She took extra care to make sure we had a pleasant experience and her attitude helped make our visit that much better. We will definitely return.

I know the place was busy because it was the day before Mother's Day but the service was good, the food was bought out in a timely manner and hot. Caleb was our waiter and did a great job. Also we made reservations and got there minutes early and was seated right away. Will go back again.
