"This was a takeout order number 2E83B . This place continuously disappoints with the quality of food. I ordered A dozen cheddar bay biscuits, lobster baked potato and lobster linguine. The biscuits were dry, overcooked and did not have the buttery garlic herb seasoning. The lobster were overcooked on all the dishes. I was served with plain spaghetti noodles topped with overcooked lobster, my dish was not tossed in lobster sauce. This place lacks quality management. I drove back to Red Lobster to get my order corrected but I was given the same poor quality food. I do not recommend this location. If you are interested in buttery biscuits I would recommend Popeyes biscuits and if you are interested in seafood I would recommend you go to Crab Bite or destination seafood house."

"Went out to dinner with another couple, that asked us to join them at a Texas Steak place. We waited an hour 15 mins. I discovered that Red Lobster had spots available. When we arrived, we sat for maybe 5 mins. They escorted us to the table. Due to an injury, I am using a knee walker scooter. Once I was seated, the manager came straight over offered a safe place to ‘park’ it. The waitress was absolutely spot on. We never had empty drinks or biscuits. The four of us were so pleased. The meal was great, the service was even better! Next time this will be FiRST on our list!! Thank you Red Lobster for a great night out!"

"When I entered the restaurant, the hostesses were on their phones and it took a moment for them to acknowledge me. The biscuits were delicious and the reason I decided to dine here. The other dishes were just okay, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. The lobster was small and rubbery, some of the shrimp still had their veins, and the Cheddar Bay mushroom stuffing was disappointing. It sounded great with the shrimp, but it turned out to be a soggy mess that upset my stomach. The service was decent, nothing exceptional, but the server seemed tired as she was also the bartender. Shoutout to Alberta for her efforts! Overall, I would return but I would probably avoid ordering seafood next time."

"The star goes strictly to the service. The waitress was very warm and very attentive. But the food on the other hand, TERRIBLE!! Crazy thing is Red Lobster use to be a family tradition, after church we would go as a family and enjoy each other over great food. But now, the prices have increased but the quality of the food has drastically decreased. The food portions are smaller, the options of a soup and salad are now added as a side instead of it being part of the meal. I will not return unless someone is paying for me to be there."

"Food was delicious at a fair price. But I can only give it 4 stars because the combination of the waiter taking a ridiculous long time to check up us, plus the food taking a very long time come out as well, made us spend about 2 hours at the restaurant eventhough the restaurant was only at about 33% capacity. We had to ask for the bill after waiting 11 minutes from the time we asked for the dessert menu till the time the waiter came back to take the order."

"I had the Wagyu cheese burger with fries and it was fantastic. The burger comes with lettuce and tomato on the side, and you should ask for mayo if you want it. The fries came with a side of ketchup, and the meal was priced at $12.99. It was delicious, with just the right amount of fat and grease to be a perfect burger. It's surprising that a seafood restaurant serves the best burger in town. Red Robin, you better watch out! I picked up my order inside, and all the staff were very courteous. The food was served hot as well. Once again, Red Robin might have some competition!"

"Terrible ... The waitress reeked of smoke everytime she spoke ... Now I know that the manager must have smelled her and should have sent her home because it was that bad ... Her name was ' Alex ' she also never came back to our table after she gave us the check and she promised to give us a water to go ... "My husband and I were part of a party of 5 on a busy day weekend Saturday. Two other of our party were upset that the only seat in less than an hour would have us in a distant space. They eat all the time at RL and felt that the back room service was always slow, inconspicuous, and eating always cold. But tonight the service and the food broke the "course". The whole food was nice and delicious. Our server was both professional and timely with a wonderful personality. The attention to cleanliness was excellent. She knew the menu well enough to recommend the most efficient way for me to maximize my desire for only coconut yarns alone. The pair that shared a feasting period not only received an extra empty plate; but everyone was served their own dishes with half each serving on each of their dishes. We were all impressed. Thank you. Red Lobster, for a fabulous dinner in a busy night. The cookies remain an endlessly warm joy and the only way to improve the experience would be to bring back the bread bowl of food."

"Ok. The place and staff are good but my complaint is in regards to the company. They are having a shrimp platter with all you can eat of variety shrimp for $20. The menu choice shows Jumbo Coconut Shrimp. They state that they no longer carry it though having it pictured on the menu and listed. Not to mention, they say it is coconut popcorn shrimp now...well those taste like hush puppies with a wet morsel inside. I would imagine it would be the same as a maggot in a hush puppy. Coconut? Well, good luck finding a sliver that can fit on a small popcorn shrimp. As I sat waiting for my order, I heard people order Jumbo Coconut Shrimp and be told the same as myself. The poor staff need a voice recorder and press play, because while I sat there, I heard 2 more order that because they prefer the Jumbo Coconut Shrimp. My daughter said Maybe, they can 't afford to provide all you can eat jumbo coconut shrimp for everyone . I am starting to wonder if that is the case even though I was told by staff that they can 't even get it to sell it . Red Lobster, you tend to be over priced so you cannot afford to take away a popular food item! Think on that as a corporation."

"I guess I don’t understand the point of priority seating. We got there at for our priority seating. The hostess said to min. We checked back at and she said it would be another minutes. At went back up and complained. I explained I thought priority seating meant we would be sat before others. They looked at me with weird confused faces and didn’t say anything. I was expecting a short wait but it really did not get us seated any quicker than anyone else who checked in directly with the hostess at the restaurant.The hostess still did not say anything and looked at her computer screen but another worker did offer to sit us immediately. I am overall confused and frustrated with the process . This was our first and probably last time to try to use this service based off this experience"

"The RUDEST staff I have encountered. The only reason for the 3 stars is the meal was prepared perfectly. Me and my guests had snow crab legs and they were worth every dollar. My daughter has bad allergies and I paid a lot of money for tissues for her. She left them on the table when we left but realized it immediately. She went back in to retrieve them but was told there was nothing in lost and found(weird because we literally just walked out). I then went in and spoke with Natalia explaining that we just left how could they be gone? I asked if they were thrown away and she nastily rolled her eyes and walked away. I waited another 15 min and when she walked by I asked once again but got told she?s busy ? I then witnessed her go in the back laughing as she dug my tissues out of the garbage. April was given them to hand to me and had no clue what just happened. April was kind and understood as I just paid 160$ for Dinner and was treated very poorly. Thanks April you went above and beyond and your kindness is appreciated. Will drive to another red lobster before ever eating here again!!!!"

"I've always had a great affection for Red Lobster. The food consistently delivers on flavor, and each visit never disappoints. However, the main issue seems to be the service. They are clearly short-staffed, which isn’t the fault of the staff, and our hardworking waitress had to juggle both hosting duties and attending to us and four other tables at 11:30 am. My boyfriend and I tried to be patient with her. I just wish she could have checked on us more than just when taking our order, delivering the food, and bringing the bill. Still, I understand the difficulties of the situation. As I mentioned, it’s not her fault that the restaurant is understaffed, and the food was excellent, so my boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely lunch."

"I visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday while traveling, and sadly, the experience was quite disappointing. The service was slow, likely because they were understaffed, and my order was completely wrong. I had asked for a Caesar salad without croutons, but instead, I received coleslaw alongside my main course, which was also incorrect. I requested a straw multiple times, and it became a bit of a running joke each time the waitress returned without one. Additionally, I was supposed to get a complimentary birthday dessert as per a promotion, but the waitress told me I needed to claim it through a table kiosk. Unfortunately, I couldn't log into my account on the kiosk, so I had to wait for a manager to approve a message on my phone. I also tried to use the kiosk to pay my bill, but it wouldn't read my chip card, and swiping wasn't an option either. Overall, it turned out to be a very frustrating birthday meal."

"I had shown up for my daughters birthday from out of state for a special birthday celebration with her and asked that they do normal birthday stuff sing balloons on the table or even a special dessert and none was done and the waitress even checked her I’d when she ordered a drink and didn’t even say happy birthday I felt like the day was ruined. I ended up getting Brussel sprouts and they were burned and crispy I paid extra for them."

"Ordered blackened salmon tonight. I waited and waited then waited some more. Our waiter stopped by once and told us there were a lot of tickets in the kitchen and that he would bring our food ASAP. When it finally came, it must have been sitting somewhere 15 minutes or more because it was cold.I ordered a whole salmon but what was delivered was a disgrace. There were two small pieces which were very thin without being blackened at all and honestly, it wasn't very good. My baked potato was slightly larger than a golf ball and also cold. My wife and I sat there the entire time with our zipped up coats on because it was so cold in the restaurant. Anyone reading this will probably think I didn't leave a tip but that's not true, I left 10% anyway.I remember a time when this was a great place to eat but apparently that time has passed and I will not be back."

"We had a pretty good experience tonight. We ordered the Mozzarella sticks to begin with. There was a pretty part that probably cooked a Ted. Until longer, the bread was not so crispy, but somehow apart. The cheese was nice and melty. The cheddar Bay Busquits were so fresh and tasty. My daughter ordered the Waygu Bacon cheese burgers w fries. I really wanted steak and crab legs, but because that's Combo I ordered the ultimate festival. Carabiner crabbon. W pages of potatoes and broccoli. The lobster dick tasted like It was cooked only a little too long, the shrimp was fine and the crab legs were tender and tasty. It was a pretty generous portion. If I had known that the crab legs were so perfect, I would have just ordered a record. And we ended up with the chocolate wave for my dessert. It was very cooled and chocolate sauce and a vanilla ice bucket served. The chocolate was rich in many layers of frost and cake and chocolate chips on the outside over freezing. Very delicious dinner. Our server was also very attentive."

"My husband and I came in yesterday evening for dinner with our family. I requested a booth and the hostess had picked a great place for our family to sit (off in the corner). My daughter, son in law and my 9 month old grandson. Co was our waiter for such a young man we were impressed by the service he provided. As many times he had run our table, he still made time to be available to check on us. The cook (who ever worked on the eve of 6/30) did an amazing job. Our Ultimate Feasts were served hot, prompt and delicious! I would say the beverages from the bar were a little weak, but reasonably priced. We haven't been to Red Lobster for a few years... knowing how well it is managed, the food and service we just may become regulars to this establishment. Thank you for a great evening!"

"Popped in here after craving something fishy. Ordered fish and chips. Fish was fried, crispy and the filet was huge! Ordered slaw as a side and it was disgusting. Friend ordered shrimp scampi and a salad. The salad had nice big slivers of shaved Parmesan on it. The interior was decent. Wasn’t in terrible shape, the exterior though wasn’t as well kept and some of the facade needed repairs. Our server was nice and prompt. The cheddar bay biscuits were tasty too. For a chain restaurant I think it’s good. I didn’t look at a drink menu but I’m sure they have similar drinks to Bahama Breeze. Which are typically very good. All soda and tea were $2.99 each."

"WEDDING REHEARSAL DINNERRed Lobster gave us the best rehearsal dinner deal we could find anywhere! There was no deposit or venue fee for a private room with a projector or a private part of the restaurant (if you have more than the 35 people that fit in the room). We gave them a ballpark headcount in advance, but it didn’t cost us anything when we had fewer guests than expected. They let us choose our own menu and printed it for us at no extra charge. They were courteous and attentive at every step of the process. We felt like royalty. They even offered to set up a separate bar for us so our guests could get their drinks faster. And we just paid for food and drinks plus 20% gratuity.The food and drinks were great (big servings, so lots of folks had leftovers). The staff was polite and never in the way. During the planning process, Red Lobster was our most responsive vendor. I love Red Lobster and this is a great location. I recommend it for a normal night out (we come here often) or any event."

"Don?t come to eat in this location!!! it?s a Disgusting place to eat. Our server Gabriel was extremely rude to us, PLEASE don?t have him as a server he?s extremely unprofessional! It seems like it?s a common thing here in this location by what people tell me and even by the reviews.Hire management that cares enough to address these things on the spot and make them right with the consumers. Everything is extremely filthy! Our utensils were dirty, I didn?t see one server cleaning the tables and chairs, I would even see the servers on their phones, even when I went to the bathroom there were employees smoking something on the restrooms. I have been to this restaurant many times, and it?s always a disappointment"
