"Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I received an email offering triple points for trying out their new "3 from the Sea" menu. This menu includes a soup or salad, a single-sized appetizer, and one selection from a choice of seven entrees. We went for it last night, and it was fantastic! Once again, our server was excellent, and the food was served promptly and was very tasty. My wife and I both ordered the shrimp linguine, which was loaded with shrimp—so much that I was pleasantly surprised! It was a generous portion. The next day, we both had leftovers for lunch, along with a few extra cookies, all for just $40, including drinks! I redeemed my reward points for a dessert that we enjoyed at home, and thanks to the tripled points promotion, I’ve gathered enough for another free dessert on our next visit. This is an amazing value! In short, we love our local Red Lobster. If you aren’t already using the rewards app, download it today! It’s a rewards program that truly pays off."

Our hostess greeted us happily and with a smile. Shout out to our server Dylan who was very professional and paid attention to detail and us. Good job young man! Food was great and cooked perfectly, thank you kitchen staff. See you again soon.

Our server was so friendly and offers first-class service. The food was cooked for perfection, which is not always expected in this type of facility. It's usually hit or miss. I should say that the Grand Forks site was a hit every time I left.

Would give 0 stars, if I could. Ordered a delivery that included a plate of Shrimp Scampi. The restaurant only provided a plate of shrimp, no pasta. Huge fail. Also did not include utensils with this delivery order. Very poor attention to detail from this location. Won?t be a returning customer. View menu

If I could give a no star or negative star I would. First problem they don?t pay attention to food they send out, my mothers salad had a spider looking bug in it ?. Second shrimp scampi came out cold. Lastly the waitress was not attentive at all she never asked how the food was or if we needed anything very poor service. Will definitely NOT be returning

It is not our nature to complain, but the experience was quite disappointing. While they were very friendly to sit in a quiet area, the food was subpar. Some menu items were not available, the food was ill-timed and served lukewarm. The sides were burned (and cold). Some of our articles were completely missing. The waiting staff was quite green: they hardly came around (although the restaurant was NOT ALL busy), and accused the cook not to get things right. The manager was friendly enough to treat our concerns; but we have disappointed hunger.

Ordered the 2 for Tuesday Special. Lobsters, salmon and shrimps. Save your money. Absolute catastrophe for the price. I had better 10.99 specials in Vegas than this place. Five shrimps. 4 ounces of salmon and at most 4 bites?. well said lobster. The salad was the best part, but for $60. Go somewhere else and spend the money. The staff was there but did not interact after the meal. Probably because they knew it wouldn't be a fair meal. I have eaten here before and after, will not go back. Fargo is much better! I arrived at Red Lobster at Grand Forks at 5:30. I noticed that there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. I went in and there were very few people in the restaurant. I ordered a 20-time beer and waited for 10 minutes. I also ordered my meal at the same time I ordered my beer. I had lobster filled mushrooms that lasted over 20 minutes. My meal came 15 minutes after my app. My baked potato was warm not hot, my salmon was almost cool and my shrimps were cool. I haven't offered any hot butter for my lobster yet. This is my mom's favorite restaraunt that she hadn't been to for a few years. The food has definitely changed in quality since then. She ordered a rock lobster tail out of the shell (was still in the shell, but it was no biggie for her. It was tiny! When she use to order it, it was way bigger. I ordered a lemonade and she said they had peach, so I got that. It was just regular lemonade that tasted way too sweet, but I didn't want to raise a fuss because the waitress was nice and also busy. All of our drinks were not cold. The restaurant was also pretty stuffy. It was a hot day, but I've never been in a restaurant that hot. "The hostess that worked on October 19 6:40 didn?t even record my reservation for October 22 6:30 for a party of 4. It was my daughters 21st birthday and she even told me that she will write a note recording her birthday. We get there and tell the gentleman that we are the party of 4 6:30 . He starts looking and tells me that he doesn?t see it . I asked him ? this is the only Skys restaurant here right ? He keeps looking then He tells me there is a reservation for a party of 12 6:30 . Then he tells me we have a table top for 4 at the bar , you can sit there . Im like ?No ? I called and a girl answered and took my reservation. He didn?t even try to make it happen instead he says . You can try other restaurants. So I?m wondering if they bumped my reservation for the party of 12. The guy didn?t even try to make room for us, especially when it?s their fault . He suggested Harry?s . What are the chances that they will have room for us when this restaurant is booked ? Obviously he wasn?t going to make it happen. We go across the street to Harry?s and told them what happened to us at Sky?s and they made it happened being that they were also booked. Go to Harry?s I totally RECOMMEND it . The food was so yummy and the service. The hostess that helped us was so generous and made my daughters 21st birthday night. My daughter was so happy. She even added a birthday sign on the table .
