"My husband and I came to Red Lobster, and the first thing we noticed was that there was no hostess. So basically, we just stood there waiting for someone to notice us. We were seated right away since being noticed as the place was empty on a Saturday night. Maybe that should have been a sign..... We ordered our drinks and apps, and everything came as normal and was fine. But we were never given any straws. Waited 20 mins for the waitress to come back around to ask for straws, but she never did, so I had to ask another waitress passing by. Our meal arrived, and my husband 's meal was all messed up. A chunk of his lobster tail was missing, 2 of his sides never came, 1 order of shrimp Alfredo that he didn 't order, and his steak was severely undercooked. Where 's my waitress??? Good question who knows. Had to ask the manager that was passing by to please fix the issues. He 's said, What would you like me to do? Yeah, he actually said that. Ultimately, he ended up comping our whole meal. By the end of the meal, all I wanted was a to go box and again had to ask another waitress for it bc my waitress still never came back. The customer service here is severely lacking. Lobster way over cooked and a chunk missing Steak severely undercooked Cheddar bay biscuit very very dry Shrimp Alfredo very bland and barely and Alfredo sauce on it. For the prices you charge Red Lobster, this place is a disgrace."

Not a lot of sea food options when you choose to live this far inland and in the middle of nowhere. It's nice to have the option to eat out at Red Lobster. We purposely save the opportunity for special occasions birthdays graduation etc. Our local Red Lobster has never disappointed. View menu

Forgot food, workers vacuuming under the table next to us while we ate and then went table to table with a flash light inspecting. We ordered crab abs they didn 't bring the utensils to eat with. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, then the greeter said, give me a few to clean a table for you in an irritated tone.

Although it was ALL you can eat shrimp we chose to have crab legs they were delicious. It 's our favorite our Red Lobster at home (College Station) closed during Covid lock down never reopened, we were craving crab we were not disappointed. It would be nice if we didn 't have to wait for vacation to have seafood. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Had a fabulous tasty dinner and our server was a class act! Best service ever!!! Customer service can make or break the entire experience and I have to say our server definitely enhanced and added to our entire dining experience, exactly how dining should be. And of course the dinner was very tasty. The mixed drinks we ordered were very tasty just a weak pour on the alcohol. View menu

We are from out of town and decided to have dinner here, we ordered the endless shrimp, we tried all the flavors except shrimp Rangoon because they were out, the shrimp is normally very tasty but at this location it lacked flavor, we also ordered the fish chips it was flavorless not even salt was added, had to send it back the shrimp covered in batter that was fried was saturated in oil as soon as you bit into it hot scorching oil burned your mouth, as a seafood lover I wouldn’t recommend the endless shrimp at this location

We had a nice lunch at Red Lobster. The service was really good, and the food was brought out promptly. I really enjoyed the salmon New Orlean's with side Caesar salad and green beans, my son enjoyed his popcorn shrimp, and my wife enjoyed her shrimp scampi. I felt the bacon wrapped scallop appetizer was good but over priced for what we got. One unexpected positive was that they had a diaper changing station in the men's restroom- so that was a nice surprise. I think overall this was a good lunch. I understand that this is a chain and doesn't serve the best seafood ever, but I think for seafood in Clovis, this was a great meal.

"I hadn't been to Prime 13 since it opened several years ago, not for any particular reason. We visited for a Father's Day dinner celebration as it is a local steakhouse. The restaurant is beautiful, dark but relaxed ambiance. Full for a Thursday and it seemed kid friendly which we appreciated as parents-to-be. Patrons were in very relaxed summer attire so it didn't feel so fancy that you had to dress up. They only had two mocktails, tried the one with cucumber and it was very refreshing but at $10 I felt it was a bit overpriced at only $5 less than regular cocktails. They have a pretty good date night option for weeknights so we picked two small salads, one protein dish to split and one side with two (very small) desserts. We added on a starter that we probably could've done without but we wanted to try the Cajun bites. It was steak tips in salsa with chips. Good but not great. For the start of dinner our salads were okay, mine was pretty basic dinner salad I would've preferred the wedge but it's not an option with the special even though it's priced the same. Now for the tomahawk steak, this is where they wowed. It was huge!! we couldn't even finish half and VERY tasty and tender. Definitely the star of our visit; the sides were once again good but not great, for the seasonal veggies they brought out seasoned corned and we added on the hatch Mac and cheese (not spicy at all, which I was happy about) otherwise the special only comes with one side. My husband had two cocktails he said were good but he didn't seem overly impressed compared to other old fashioned's he's had. Overall we did enjoy our dinner and thought the service was good. We had them package our desserts to go. It was a chocolate mousse pie and creme brûlée. I liked my brûlée but it was a tiny portion, (not that I needed more). after all of our add ons and tip we spent several hundred dollars. I'd visit again to try other selections but for the value (minus the steak) it's not breaking into my favorite local places for a nice dinner."
