"Very poor tone deaf customer serviceOrdered a full house supreme pizza requesting no mushrooms.While im waiting I see employees crowd around my open box pizza noticing that they forgot to not include mushrooms. The lady running the register gets called over and she proceeds to remove the mushrooms from my pizza barehanded. No gloves no nothing. Closes the box and hands me the pizza stone face acting like she didn't just do that.Another time I called and ordered Honey Old Bay Wings. The lady who took the order over the phone spoke very poor english. I get there to pick up my order to discover that they got it wrong and made dry old bay wings. I told them the order was wrong and they basically said well its already cooked."

"11/16/2022 Peoples choice in East Hartford is our Go-to for pizza. We've had good luck with them vast majority of the times we order from them. There's been few times with long wait times or they're short staffed and other times like today where we got our order turned out in 15 minutes. It happens. Today the food looks great and we do recomend them overall. Will update this next few times we order."

"We don't typically order from here but decided to give a shot and wish we didn't.. got a med bacon and tomato pizza and 10 hot wings, the bacon was burnt looked like extra cheese (which we didn't ask for) and the hot wings had no sauce on them and the sauce that was at the bottom looked watered down was not hot at all tasted like just reg chicken... all that for 36$ we could have ordered from somewhere else gotta a LG pizza and wings that would have been so much better and cheaper price. Wont make that mistake again"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I attempted to place an order here for the first time, and was placed on a brief hold. I responded as politely and respectfully as possible throughout the entire process. When it was time to order, I asked for the grinder sizes and price differences. I then proceeded to ask for the condiments I would like. (Lettuce, tomatoes, black olives... I was rudely interrupted at that point before I can finish and in direct quotes heard ?Hold on, hold, hold on...? Then speaking to his coworker he proceeded to say ?I don?t even want to take this this guys order, I don?t even want to. I?m not doing it? then continued to complain about me while still on the phone. He then passed the phone over to the coworker to take my order. A complete waste of time after I already told him what I would like to order. I have never been faced with this much disrespect ordering at any place in my life. Even if this place is good they do not deserve a dime treating their customers like this... Absolute horrible, downright disrespectful business. Does not cater to new coming customers!!! The crazy part is, if they were good I would have continued to order from them! Thanks for completely ruining my mood, the blatant disrespect, and promptly ending my desire to ever do business with this restaurant!"

"Food is really good. But lately the service over the phone has been pretty awful. I find whoever works at making the phone calls is very rude and has not customer satisfaction skills at all. I order a pizza with a side order or bake ziti and fried calamari and a slice of chocolate cake. Unfortunately I received a phone call from the restaurant telling me they don't have chocolate. I asked nicely if I could get it replace by something else instead. Who ever i spoked to over the phone was very rude and didn't offer any options as to just call the app and get my refund for my money instead of giving me options with what I could replace. This is not the first I have ordered through the app and got very rude phone calls back from the restaurant about clarifications on my order . Besides the food being really good. The service and customer experience was awful"

"I have an online order Sunday 11/20. I got my order and my steak sandwich was missing. I went up again to get it after the call. The food sat on a table behind the podium and it was all about 5 minutes at least before someone actually helped me despite a waitress standing on the podium on the front. I even said I was here to get the rest of my order and still ignored me. Another girl came up and gave it to me and didn't have to ask what I was for. That means the first girl could have picked it up and handed it over to me. When I came home, it was cold and the pommes were wounded. We have recently held subdivision sessions to bring you money because people order food. This is not the type of service I expect, and I am really unhappy."

"What an awful experience!I don’t normally do this but this experience was disgusting!Me and my family order from here regularly and the youngest with autism always stands at the door to meet the pizza man, only to be met by a delivery driver who told him he “doesn’t have time to deal with him or deliver pizzas all night”All the while Someone was going to the door to sign the receipt -not even 15 seconds between all this.He proceeded to repeat himself, and have a condescending attitude and rolling his eyes.When management was called we were met with he “probably didn’t say it or didn’t mean it”.. then to be hung up on while on hold.. They then called back and proceeded to say “yeah he said it but he was joking”..NOT appropriate!! If the child was acting obnoxiously sure but he was simply waiting to take the pizza PER USUAL!I’m sure it doesn’t matter to them but they lost a loyal customer.."

"Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. Stayed at a local hotel for a Kayak Bass Fishing tournament on Fontana Lake. Their menu mentioned that they were from New York , so I was very excited for some good pizza I’m originally from NYC, so I know what NY pizza should be, and this WASN’T it! . I asked for Thin and crisp , and they forgot the Thin part! . Got back to my hotel only to find that the pizza tasted disgusting. The sauce had an odd taste and unfortunately, I trashed it. My order also sat on the oven for a bit after it was done , as I heard the cook say , “this order has been done and I don’t know why it’s still here “. The positive reviews are from folks who obviously don’t know good pizza. Very disappointing"

"Pizza is absolute trash. Tasteless rubber cheese. Sauce has zero flavor. Pizza comes barely cooked so the sauce and cheese elegantly side right off the dough ending up on your plate looking like a sad lump. God forbid they make them taste like something and add some garlic oil or pamesean.. Smh. The best item of the bunch was the broccoli bites (pre frozen from a bag of course). The same that you 'd get half in the bag at 2am waiting 20 mins at Bill and Bob 's drive thru. Steer clear of the so called marinara sauce that comes with the bites... The smell and texture was instantly reminiscent of Campbell 's tomato soup. They did us a solid though and added some green bits in it that resemble oregano. You also can have the same great experience for $50.00, well $49.74 with an $8.00 tip. Pizza and a side for $50... What a sham."

"I am visiting from out of town and i always need to eat pizza anywhere I go. The food is fantastic! The pizza has that New York slice feel with a crispy crust and the dough tastes homemade.
