"I am incredibly disappointed, not with the service itself, but with how the workers are treated. I'm a regular at this location, and I was shocked and saddened by the way the district manager, I believe his name is Mike, interacted with the staff. Upon entering, I was greeted by the unsettling sound of shouting coming from behind the front counter. It was extremely inappropriate and upsetting to witness someone in a position of authority belittling and verbally abusing his employees in front of customers. The way he treated those hardworking individuals, who are always friendly to customers, was beneath contempt.
As if that wasn't enough, I overheard this district manager threatening his employees with job loss, forcing one man to choose between keeping his job or that of a coworker. This behavior is not only disgusting but also highly unprofessional. Having worked in the customer service industry for many years, I've never witnessed such a blatant display of disrespect. Your treatment of minimum wage workers is appalling, and I sincerely hope you feel ashamed of it."
