"After moving from bk to si two years ago, i was seriously missing bk style pizza and I swear this place has exactly that! I love their pizza because it has perfect crust that isn’t too thin too thick or too doughy or burnt. It also has perfect cheese to sauce ratio, not too much and not too little. I love their eggplant and olive toppings along with mixed pies of meats and veggies. I also love their calzones, pasta dishes and salads. In other words, literally every single thing i tried here has not disappointed me. The wait time is also not long for pickup and staff on the phone and in person are so friendly they really appreciate your business."

"I absolutely adore this restaurant. It is hands down my favorite place to be. While I am not a huge fan of the food and find that there are only a couple of dishes I enjoy, the service can be quite slow at night or on weekends. However, I am in love with the atmosphere of the restaurant. I will happily spend an hour sipping on my coffee just to relax. I particularly enjoy the outdoor seating when the weather is nice, and I appreciate the friendly and familiar daytime staff. They always remember me and my kids, our orders, and are consistently welcoming. I also appreciate the unique and delicious food and coffee options that are not easily found elsewhere. Despite being in NYC, I doubt I could find strapatsada or the perfect Cafe or Iced Viennesse anywhere else. This place is perfect for any occasion, whether it be a celebration, date night, or just hanging out. Even after renovations, it remains a beloved neighborhood establishment full of cherished memories. It's always a good time at this restaurant. The coke is also quite tasty, although not suitable for those with gluten intolerance. I personally enjoy it, even if it means a bit of suffering afterward."

"Not sure why this place is not full when we go here? The food is excellent and authentic. The service is fantastic. The portions are large. And the drinks are also great. Maybe because our family likes Greek food more than others. We had brunch there on Sunday and we got the Champagne package, 3 different type of juices and fresh fruit for the glasses. We'll be back soon!!"

"The delivery person was quite rude. Earlier that day, someone had stolen a package from my home, so I was being extra cautious about who was at my door, even though I was expecting my order. He kept repeating "delivery," and I asked him three times where it was from. Then he huffed out, "Delivery? Or no delivery?" Eventually, he mentioned it was from Casa Calamari. They only gave me one meatball, but I have to say, the meatball and ravioli were both very good. I also enjoyed the chocolate cake, which was quite delicious."

"I ordered a chicken franchise pizza for delivery. The delivery driver was on time polite and super nice. He is the only thing about this experience that gets a star. Not one to the restaurant or food. I’d give negative stars!!!The pizza isn’t cooked but rather raw dough. And it’s on their menu. Not a special order. A menu item they perhaps have never made before?? The dough is raw and it’s soaking wet! Like soaked and not cooked with raw gooey dough. Super disgusting.I called the restaurant and was dismissed by the first man and then dismissed by the second. No apology. Do these people understand how to make a pizza? Customer service? "Many years ago, when I was a kid growing up in Rego Park, Avellino was our local pizza place, and my mom would send me over their every other week or so to carry home a large pie for dinner. I haven't been there in about 30 years because I've lived inFlorida, North Carolina, and Virginia. I'm back in town and met two friends for dinner last night. One suggested Avellino, and Imust say, it was wonderful returning to a beloved restaurant. The food is still great and very reasonably priced. I had thegnocchi with pesto and bolognese sauce. Excellent, and I'm more than old enough to have a beer with dinner now as well. Myfriends enjoyed their entrees too. The staff there was very friendly and took wonderful care of us. It was an unexpectedpleasure to discover, in these uncertain times, that a gem from my past still sparkles as brightly today."

"I took my wife here yesterday for her birthday, our first visit. With a reservation, we were promptly seated. We enjoyed the restaurant week lunch with various tapas-style dishes. Food and ambiance were good, making us consider returning. However, when settling the bill using my inKind app, I noticed an $11 charge for a mojito instead of the menu-advertised $6. I brought it up with the waiter, who canceled the initial transaction and asked for payment again. Despite explaining my inKind offer, he assured me I'd be refunded. I suggested he reimburse me the $6 overcharge in cash to avoid another transaction and me losing on my offer, but he insisted on the refund process. Unfortunately, I later realized I lost my $25 off $50 inKind offer due to this error, leaving me out of pocket for $25. While we enjoyed the food and ambiance, this experience left a negative impression."

"I only visit this restaurant when I'm in the mood for something different; it’s definitely not my go-to spot. Every time I go, the atmosphere feels empty, with mostly just random groups of Greek men chatting. The service is consistently mediocre at best. The waitress is very friendly, but she's often overwhelmed as she's the only one serving tables, which slows things down (not her fault). I tried the Romeo Juliet crepe, which turned out to be a bit dense and thick—definitely not what I expect from a typical crepe. I ordered it without Nutella, and as a result, it was quite dry. At other places, even without toppings, the crepes tend to be flavorful. However, this one was loaded with fruit. The cappuccinos are always good, though. I've never been particularly impressed with their pastries or desserts. Overall, it's not bad enough for me to say I won't return, but I only consider it when I’m looking for a change."

"First time here and was not impressed. We sat outside and the table was on an inclined so there was an angle and felt weird to our party. The weather was nice and the beer was good. We ordered the chicken alfredo which is far too creamy the chicken looked like blobs of cheese. The second dish was a chicken marsala. Which the sauce was extremely watery the chicken did not have a flavor and the noodles was store package taste. For an Italian kitchen made your pasta fresh like your pizza dough. The garlic parmesan bread that serve is great. The pasta dishes are not worth it stick to pizza. However we have not had the pizza here yet. Service was cordial. The salads were good. This place is getting two stars due to atmosphere, drinks. The pasta could use an upgrade, expand to a full bar and lower your price if you're going to continue to serve the same boring dishes as every other Italian restaurant."

"12/5/2018 Ate a slice at Ray's today after first going to, The District restaurant to eat. See their Yelp review from me. At Ray's, I got the Chocolate cake for dessert. And a Pizza slice because I was still hungry. It was delicious. chicken breast, bacon, tomatoes, ranch dsg, a white cheese, but not mozzarella. I can't remember what all was on it and I forgot to take a pix. When you go in, look for it. It won't disappoint. Happy Eats 11/13/2018 Ate at Ray's. Hadn't eaten all day, so i felt like something unhealthy and a lot of it. LoL I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and wanted Onion Rings. The worker suggested instead of my ordering separately, to get the combo meal that also came with a canned drink to save money. That was kind. Felt appreciated as a customer. And it wasn't about the bottom line...Mulah. I didn't take photos. The CheeseSteak was great. The Onion Rings however is a large portion, but I'd never order again. After leaving Ray's I went to Rite Aide to get a bottle of water to drink. Get back to the room, then it hit me, my combo came with a drink. Ah Man!! So don't do what I did if you go. Happy Eating"

"Honestly this was a really disappointing visit to ambar. This was my favorite restaurant when I moved to DC in I had reservations for my birthday at We didn’t get seated until so min late. The server fairly came over to our table and we only got min of the hour open food and drinks because apparently they close at on Friday’s. We didn’t get a birthday dessert or anything to celebrate, it was clear they just wanted us out. I was really sad as this was one of my favorite restaurants in DC. I really hope they will try and make this up to me because it was a pretty terrible way to spend a birthday, the light was also way too bright inside. It felt more like a Burger King than a luxury restaurant"

"Nice spot in Greenwich! The music playing inside drew us in. The cauliflower was really good with the tahini. I would recommend it! The lamb kebab and rice were the stars in the mixed platter. The chicken and kofte were a bit bland. The tzatziki sauce is not quite like Greek tzatziki but the restaurant's own take, which did not seem to have cucumber and was a bit more tangy. Our server was so kind, friendly, and attentive. She treated us to date cookie at the end of our meal. One thing we noticed was that our menu didn't have options for pita wraps and other offerings shown here in the menu on Yelp. Perhaps, it is because we went during dinner, or because there is a new menu. I would be interested in trying some of those dishes, if they are served during lunch time or for other occasions."

"Hands down the best pizza in the area. If you're looking for a good patio, you found one...or two. They make their own hot sauce, you can watch the hand-tossed art go down, they play good tunes, and have wet ranch. I base a lot of reviews on their ranch, and this is so damn good ranch. We got a slice of veggie and a slice of the meat special. Both blew away our expectations. I don't think Google Reviews will let me have enough characters to describe how amazing their staff is. Absolutely perfect. Will be back. Probably tomorrow."
