"So, I ordered some lunch for my son and a sandwich for me while we were running around. I ordered on the app and picked up inside. It was busy, as per this location’s usual, but food was hot and ready on time. I was on my ride home and hadn’t opened my sandwich yet when I got a call from Chickfila. I answered and it was a very nice young woman who was calling to tell me she had made a mistake on my order and wanted to offer me a complimentary meal to make it up to me. I was so fully pleasantly disarmed, I couldn’t be upset in the slightest. As far as fast food goes, mistakes happen but calling to take responsibility and then remedy? That’s something above and beyond today. And it was an honest mistake, she had just left off the tomato and lettuce, everything else was correct. Don’t hesitate to frequent this location, and if you ever have a problem, I believe they will do whatever is necessary to make it right!"
