"We were trying out their catering. We put in a $185 order and scheduled it for pick up at 11:30 on a Wednesday to beat the lunch rush. We made sure to get the order in early online the day before. It wasn't ready at 11:30 and we had to wait in line too just to ask for it. There seemed to be some attitude about it from the get go with the employees. Like our catering order was a problem and they kept directing us to this young man...only he could help us apparently. He kept going to the back...first for the forgotten lemonade. Then the missing pickles. Then the chips that weren't in the bag. Then some condiment packets. Then a cashier loudly said to another customer right in front of us that the hold up on their order was caused by our catering order. Part of the order was missing and although we did get plates and cups there was nothing to use for the fruit tray or the chicken strips tray. Mostly it was the attitude galore we received from the moment we arrived from the staff at this location. They made it clear that our catering order was not welcome. Actually the staff were terse and borderline rude. I was disappointed because it was not ready and waiting for us when we arrived. I would say, do not to use this location for your catering. I won't be using them again. The Dickey's next door always does a great job with our catering orders...and they smile when we arrive. They are pleasant. Being kind to customers goes a long way."

"I placed an order through chic fil a one delivery. Called and spoke with a chic fil a employee who I asked if my drink would be sealed with a sticker or even put in a bag like other restaurants do with deliveries. She asked for my name and said “yes, I’ll put a sticker on it”. Gets here and it’s not at all. call and speak with a manager named Zaria/Saria?? to let her know this and she kept saying it’s a door dash problem. No , YOUR employee didn’t follow instructions. I don’t need doordash credit because I don’t use door dash and the issue was from your employee. She then said that they don’t put stickers on drinks. She then asked around and said the employee said she did put a sticker on there (which is a lie) so delivery must’ve taken it off. …I’m literally looking at the cup. There is no sticker nor sticker residue. Told her that. She gets an attitude and starts talking over me and refuses to compensate me for the inconvenience that’s made on THEIR end. My company orders from here on the regular for years. Chic fil a earned over 1.2 billion in revenue but can’t compensate a couple dollars and rather lose out on customers and partnerships, get poor reviews, etc. over a couple of dollars due to their lack of service and professionalism. Completely unacceptable and I will be escalating this even further. It’s not even about a couple dollars. It’s about the principle and the nasty attitude along with lack of service."

"Would have been all 5 stars if the customer service was better. I just got off working 13 hour day. I ordered ahead on the app to pick up through the drive-through. I had no issues with the attendant confirming orders, however when my car was on thecorner pointed towards the drive-through window where you pick up. There was about maybe four cars in front of me. They werewaiting for their food one of which was pulled ahead past the window and three that were not. There was a bag of food with adrink sitting next to it ready to go on the window it was sitting there. The bag was wide open so air was getting into it. Theysat another bag out an d the attendant that was working outside grabbed that bag and brought it to the car in front of me withtheir two shakes. Then that car drove off and they continued to hand out meals as they came out and the other one continue tosit there. I get up to the window sadly that bag sitting on the window ledge was mine. I said something to the attendant and hesaid oh I just saw it here now , ha ha. I said I have it on dash cam and he didn?t care after that. I got home and the food wascold and there wasn?t even enough fries to be a medium in the bag.I was upset that they didn?t even attempt to make things right, when I said something. It?s extremely sad. Overall a really bad customer service experience. Night staff needs improvement."
