"The girl at the front was very friendly, but she seemed completely unprepared for customer service. I had to wait 10 minutes just to get my tea, and it took at least five minutes standing at the register before she even took my food and drink order. She admitted she had forgotten about my tea. Meanwhile, my friend waited 30 minutes for a sandwich and salad, only to be told her order number didn’t even exist—guess who took her order? If you’re going to hire high schoolers, at least train them in customer service. The girl didn’t even say a word when she finally approached the register to take my order; she just stood there waiting for me to speak. I was excited to have a McAlister’s in Granbury, but it’s definitely not living up to the hype. That said, all the employees were very nice, but their time management and service need a lot of improvement."
