"The person who answered, Emily, told me she was too busy to assist me. I then requested to speak with the manager. Emily informed me that the manager, Avery, was also too busy to address my concerns. She laughed and advised me to call back in 2-3 days because she didn’t have time to help. I asked for the store manager’s name, and she said it was Jake Fincher. When I inquired about when he would be available, she said she didn’t know, as he had been on vacation for the past two weeks. This experience is completely unacceptable. They need to do better!"

I placed an app order for a gallon of tea around 8 PM. When we arrived, even though we were 10 minutes late, the gallon of tea was not ready as promised. There were plenty of staff members just standing around doing nothing, yet we still had to wait for them to prepare our tea. While it's not a huge issue, we used the app ordering to avoid waiting in the first place.
