"I visited the restaurant around 9:10 PM on Saturday night, just under an hour before they closed at 10 PM. There were a few online orders being taken to customers' cars, and inside, there was one guy who had already placed his order and received his food, yet he was just chatting with the staff. I waited alone for about 5 to 7 minutes to place my order, and during that time, every employee made eye contact with me but didn't say a single word—no "Can I help you?" or "It’ll just be a minute." They seemed more interested in conversing with the man who had already eaten. After several employees walked past me without offering assistance, I decided to leave. This was my first experience at Zaxby’s, and I won’t be returning. It felt like if you weren't a "local," you weren't welcomed in their restaurant."
