"Called to ask about pick up times (another store in town told me 30 min, I went to pick it up after 40 and was told it would be another 30 at least, so I cancelled). The guy who answered said, and I quote, “well it says 15 min, but the girl in the kitchen is on break and it’s pretty much up to her. She was supposed to be back by now, but it could be 40-45 min. I don’t know.” Don’t know what y’all are doing, but every one of your stores in town has been a dumpster fire for a few years now"

"This has been my worst experience with Casey's and their pizza. I ordered a large supreme and a medium half bacon, half cheese online. I was given an estimated wait time of an hour, which I understood since it was Saturday night. However, when I got home, I found that the Supreme pizza was undercooked; the crust was still raw on the sides and the cheese was not melted. I attempted to finish cooking it, but the center was stuck to the box and cold. The cheese and bacon pizza was fully cooked but also cold. As an Iowa native, I'm usually a big fan of Casey's—it's one of the best, only rivaled by Hy-Vee. However, something needs to be improved regarding the online wait times and quality control; while warm pizza is acceptable, undercooked pizza is simply not."

"The staff is fantastic. Unlike many other Casey's locations, they offer 91 octane gas which is a major draw for some drivers who typically head to the nearest Kum & Go. The pizza is consistently on par with or even better than the average Casey's, however the hot sandwiches can sometimes be limited in supply and not constructed very well, often lacking in higher cost ingredients such as bacon."

"This Casey 's has to be one of the most pathetic gas stations I 've ever been to. They will have you waiting in line for at least 5-10 minutes when there 's only 3 customers!!!! They have at least 5 workers but ONLY ONE person running a register meanwhile the rest are staring at you not doing a thing but saying to each other man it 's really busy . They refuse to help and get the lines going in order for customers to get in and out. They ALSO have no IDEA what their OWN rewards program is about it 's down right sad. I have at least 10,000 Casey 's rewards and they continuously tell me that the rewards can 't be used for milk, energy drinks etc., then the next day a different person WILL accept it? Makes no sense. This is why I call Casey 's 'STAY-seys. ' because of how awful the customer service is; it will have you STAYING there all day. Unfortunately it seems to be the case with ALL Casey 's in South side of Des Moines. That is just showing us they don 't care about this side of town( my home) . Sorry Casey 's but Quick Trip will be getting my money from now on. If there was a 0 Star button THAT would be the one that fits for this Casey 's."

"I placed an online order for a pizza, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they had not received it. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that technology can sometimes fail. However, the staff at the restaurant were welcoming and apologetic, and they quickly made my pizza. To make up for the inconvenience, they gave me the order for free and even added a soda that I decided to include. Despite the fast production, the pizza was still delicious. I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation, so I give them a 5-star rating!"
"Had an injection into my neck yesterday and they told me I didn't have 2 lbs for 24 hours, but I needed gas, so I drove to Q-Trip on Homer Adams and Godfrey Road to get gas. I called the number on the gas pump three times and it reads if you need help to call that number. Everything it does to wait... I left a message that I needed help with gas..no one came out.so I left...I went to Casey 's on Godfrey Road.. called number one girl replied to the 2. Ring..3 minutes later a young man came out..put gas in my car... offered him a tip and he sad. No, that's my job! Wow, I was shocked, so people with disabilities need help with gas.. Go to Casey 's on Godfrey Road and Bypass Q-Trip bc they're not service-oriented and not helpful for people with disabilities!"

"Service was good cashier was friendly but the kitchen staff could learn some manners. I was letting them know black stuff was coming out of the soft drink dispenser and he decided to be rude to me. So rating will be low until he is properly trained on how to deal with people who are trying to make sure people don't get sick."

"I would rate zero if I could. Terrible customer service and a very rude manager. I placed an online order directly through Casey’s website and when it was delivered my pizza was missing. Called Casey’s and spoke with an employee who confirmed that my pizza was still at the store and that he was looking at it as we spoke. The employee told me that they cannot do anything and for me and to call DoorDash. Upon calling DoorDash, they told me that I would need to speak directly to the store since the order was placed directly through the Casey’s website. I was then transferred me to a very rude manager at Casey’s, Alicia, who initially tried to tell me that they did give the pizza to the delivery driver until I told her that I had already spoke with someone who had confirmed that my pizza was still at the store. She then seemed to be upset that she was caught lying and was unwilling to help and told me that she was unable to refund me and that I would need to speak to DoorDash. I called DoorDash again three more times and was told that I would need to speak with Casey’s in order to be refunded since the order was placed on Casey’s website and they are the ones who collected my payment. I also work for a local restaurant in Verona that also uses DoorDash, and we ARE able to provide refunds directly from our POS without the need of DoorDash, regardless of if the order came from our website or DoorDash. Not only were they unwilling to help me get refunded, but not once did they show concern about getting my food to me. I have now called DoorDash three more times and each person has confirmed that I would need to be refunded by Casey’s. I then tried calling Casey’s three times and the phone is now disconnected. Two of the representatives that I spoke with at DoorDash also tried to call the store multiple times and got no answer, and I am still yet to be refunded. Very shady manager and employees. I just wanted some breakfast pizza…."

"I stop by this restaurant two or three times a week to grab a drink for my commute and sometimes for breakfast. The hot items are consistently fresh and delicious, and the donuts here are the best I've had compared to any other Casey's locations nationwide. The staff is also consistently friendly and their smiles help brighten my day!"
