"The server seemed oblivious to the fact that I barely touched half of one of my four burritos and hardly touched the beans and rice. He didn’t ask if anything was wrong or if I wanted a take-home container. In fact, he didn’t check on me at all after delivering my meal. I was cautious about eating much, thinking it might upset my stomach, so I pushed my plate aside and waited. Even at the bar, I received no attention. When I finally managed to get his attention to ask for my bill, he stood in front of me mixing drinks for 15 minutes before bringing me the check. Having worked in food service during high school and college, I understand the challenges servers face. I only ask for a friendly demeanor and a genuine effort to provide good service. I usually tip generously, but I refuse to pay for both unsatisfactory food and a complete lack of service. My bill came to $23.42, and I left $24.00 on the table as I walked out. I don’t see myself returning anytime soon, if ever."

"We were extremely satisfied with the service we received at your restaurant from one of your exceptional servers. It just so happened that he served us on two separate occasions with dates that were close together. It was a pleasant surprise to be remembered from our previous visit. Whenever my sisters come to visit from out-of-town, we always love dining at Cracker Barrel, and my husband and I frequently enjoy dinner at your establishment as well. The food is consistently delicious, and I must say, our server John L. is top-notch! We made a point to ask for his name during our last visit because we wanted to express our gratitude for his attention to detail. On Tuesday, March 7, we had a wonderful meal and observed how efficiently he served us and those around us. Despite seeming like a busy shift, he continued to serve all guests with a smile, a friendly attitude, and fulfilled all our requests promptly. He made us feel like we were dining with our own family. This is a major reason why we love coming to Cracker Barrel. We feel privileged to acknowledge the hard work of your server. Thank you for employing staff members who truly make a difference by simply showing that they care."

"I really enjoy the Frisco sandwich (without sauce). The coupon is fantastic, and I use it regularly. I appreciate that the coupon allows for two sandwiches, so I can get one for myself and share the other with my dogs. While the staff may not always be the friendliest, as someone else pointed out, I understand they're doing a thankless job and still providing a great product during a pandemic."

"The place is small. We thought we was at the wrong spot after you come in. The kitchen is a front of the bar. The lady who served us only one for lo the tables there was nice. The food wasn’t what I expected since it’s pricey. I have been is a lot seafood places and wasn’t what I thought would be. I probably won’t come back. The drinks I got a mango strawberry margarita that was good. Me my sis nd mom got the tamarindo drink. Wasn’t tamarindo we are Cuban and we now what tamarindo taste like. The have shops and salsa as soon you sit down. The portion size aren’t big to share one place since everything is pricey. We got the shrimp rancho and garlic. Taste really good. No enough shrimp like was worth it. You you wanna grab a good margarita it’s okay other than that I personally didn’t like it that much. My sis like it."
