"Last night, I ordered again, selecting the same item as before: the Top Shelf appetizer. I always request the larger Ranch dressing to keep in the fridge. Unfortunately, when I opened the bag, I found that the Ranch didn’t have a lid on it, causing it to spill everywhere. I cleaned it up as best as I could and then opened the container of cheese wedges. They had clearly been overcooked; there was no cheese left inside, just a shell of fried batter. The chicken tenders were ice cold and became rubbery after microwaving them. I suspect this may have contributed to my feeling unwell, though the potato skins might have as well. The potato skins were also cold and appeared uncooked, with the cheese on top still in its shredded form, not even melted.
I attempted to heat the tenders and potato skins in the microwave, but they were completely inedible. After taking a few bites, I began to feel nauseous. While I was chatting with DoorDash to report the issue, I ended up vomiting twice and experienced diarrhea for about 25 minutes. I took Pepto-Bismol, which helped alleviate my queasiness. I informed DoorDash about my situation, and they have escalated the issue.
I placed my order around 6:45 PM and received it around 8:15 PM. The driver mentioned that it was complete chaos at the restaurant and that the kitchen couldn't keep up. She was so frustrated that she decided to leave early because of how bad the situation was at your restaurant. I tried to contact the store at around 8:40 PM, but it indicated that it was temporarily closed.
I can't help but wonder how many customers were affected by the food quality last night. This experience was not only disappointing but potentially hazardous, and I seriously doubt I will be returning to your restaurant. This is especially disappointing as I usually order from you every Tuesday and Friday night. Clearly, there is a major issue that needs immediate attention."
