"I hadn't been to O’Charley’s in at least ten years, but I found the service to be prompt and the quality and portion sizes of the food exceeded my expectations for the price. Their warm yeast rolls with butter were incredibly delicious. I enjoyed my honey chicken, and the broccoli was great as well. My daughter’s chicken tenders were enormous and tasty, with generous portions. Both of my children opted for cobbler for dessert, but they also wanted ice cream (which comes with a $1.99 charge). The cobbler, especially the peach variety, was a generous portion and absolutely delightful. For a solid meal at a good value, I would definitely recommend this place. While their menu selection may not be as large as Cheddar’s, the quality of the food was much better. I also appreciate the community involvement that facilitated the fundraiser for our chorus."

My partner and I dined there tonight and had the best server, Devin. He was incredibly attentive and didn’t rush us even though he was busy. Thanks to his wonderful service, we ended up getting dessert even though we were already full. He truly deserves five stars! Way to go, Devin!

I had the caramel pie for dessert, and it should have been at least at room temperature instead of still frozen. My friend ordered the peach cobbler, but unfortunately, the cobbler wasn't warm enough to melt the ice cream. It's all in the details, and it shouldn't be that difficult to get it right.

The food is quite good, but the service can be very slow at times. During my last visit, we didn't see our server for 20 minutes, and we eventually had to ask her for our check. Additionally, the guests at the table next to us were becoming frustrated because they still had their menus and wanted to place their orders. It seems that the servers may be overwhelmed at times.

My wife and I dined there on Saturday at 6:30 PM to celebrate our 48th anniversary. We were seated right away, even though the restaurant seemed nearly full and bustling. Our server, Daniel, was prompt and attentive with our drinks, appetizers, and meals. We enjoyed the best dish that was excellent, followed by a delicious dessert à la mode. Overall, it was a fantastic evening with a wonderful meal and outstanding service.
