"This was one of the few diners in the area that served Mimosas and **** Mary 's, which was an absolute must after a long Saturday night. We got to the restaurant around 9:45am on a Sunday, which was the perfect time because we snagged one of the last open tables before guests would be put on a waitlist. If you plan to come here on a Sunday, get here before the local church services are over. By the time we left, there were at least 5 other groups waiting to be seated. We ordered a round of **** Mary 's/Maria 's which were delicious, but a little on the salty side keep a glass of water nearby. I could see the servers making the mimosas at the countertop and noticed they were pretty generous with their pours, so if you 're thinking about getting a little champagne to start your day, you 'll be in good hands. Given that this is called the Omlette Factory, it was essential that I try an omlette, which was no easy feat since there were so many options. I ended up choosing the Athenian which had Gyro meat, Tomatoes, Onions, and Feta. I was not very impressed with this dish because the Gyro meat tasted more like breakfast sausage and there was so much Feta melted on top that it was a little overwhelming. My friend got a spicy omlette with jalapeños and cheese, topped with avocado and sour cream. She seemed to enjoy it, so I 'm just assuming that my choice wasn 't their star dish. What I felt lacked in flavor profiling of the food, was made up tenfold by their service. This place was slammed, there was the deafening sounds of a busy diner dishes rattling, mumbling and laughter from customers sitting at tables just a little too close together but these servers were on point, keeping up their charm and making sure drinks were refilled quickly and consistently. This seems to be a popular place so I 'll need to try another dish next time to give a more well rounded review. At least I know that I 'll get great service!"
