"The food at Blessing is authentically prepared fresh to order. We sampled the Chorizo Tacos, which were perfectly seasoned and not greasy like many others; the soft corn tortillas were sturdy, and the onions and cilantro were fresh. They were served with a medium-spicy salsa and lime on the side. We also ordered chips and guacamole; while the chips were standard for appetizers, the guacamole was exceptionally fresh, aromatic, and chunky! We highly recommend concluding your Cinco de Mayo meal with their traditional Tres Leches cake. The cake was substantial, perfectly soaked in milk, sweet, and incredibly smooth, with the ideal texture—not overly sweet.
Parking can be tricky, as the municipal lot fills up quickly due to its central location. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the restaurant maintains a clean environment."
