"Today is Monday October 9th, was treated poorly by the shift manager my wife ordered waffles with strawberries they was soggy and syrupy on the menus they looked sliced and fresh but they are not not fresh and her hash browns was not cooked all the way. We told the waitress the hash browns are hard meaning under'cooked she took them back the cook took the crispy ones off and sent back cold/partially raw hash browns. We complained again my wife ordered something different the waitress took the hash browns back. We ate the bill came and they charged us for the horrible food we told them ain’t gonna pay for what we didn’t eat the manager said oh yes you will and you won’t be aloud back here either. As a privately owned business you should be willing to stand by your product and if the customer is not satisfied make them happy not disrespect them and embarrass them in front of a room full of people. Me and my wife know a lot of people in Huron county and the surrounding area and our word is our bond and a lot of people trust us so I suggest this shift manager gets dealt with cause if that was me at my job I would have been fired on the spot I will be using all forms of social media to spread the word of horrible food and horrible service. Do the right thing or women like your shift manager is gonna run people off with unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. "Taco Tuesdays with Becky taking great care of us got me excited to dive right into some tacos, margaritas and fun times with some gals! The cash only 3 for $5 tacos on Tuesdays lets you enjoy an assortment of tacos. Shredded chicken, grilled chicken, roasted port, shredded pork and steak were the options for Taco Tuesday. Getting them Mexican style meant cilantro and onions with a side of radish along with red or green sauce to enjoy them with or American style with lettuce, tomato and cheese for an up charge. I opted for the simple way to enjoy the flavor of the meats and save a penny when I can. You could also order corn or flour tortillas with corn being a slight charge more. Honestly you are here to have some nice cheap bites and drink some happy hour margaritas which ran until 6pm. The margaritas were prepared by hand since we opted for on the rocks instead of frozen with our choice of the salt, sugar or tajin powder. I haven't had the tajin with a margarita before so taking my friend's suggestion ordered it. Like she said there was a contrast between the sour taste of my strawberry margarita and the spice of the tajin making a flavor explosion in my mouth. The biggest flavor explosion in my mouth was the head taco that I ordered off the menu. 3 flavor filled melt in your mouth fatty portions of beef head that I had in my flour tortilla. The fatty head was slippery as I chewed it but could tell that it was cooked nice and long to give it a flavorful bite. It wasn't eating just fat on a taco but a bite that you knew you were eating the cartilage of the beef head. I'll be sure to order the tongue and the tripe next month when we four return to the restaurant for another Taco Tuesday with Becky. We might even bring more friends for the festivities. Just hope that the place can handle the crowd. We were lucky school was out of session because we showed up for our Taco session!"
