"Horrible service, I wanted to switch up my coffee and try Peet’s other than my usual Starbucks. Granted I just started a new office job in the area, so why not. The first time I went, they were busy and I understand, I worked retail for years before now. So the second time I went, I saw they had a new item than the first time. I ordered the item with my coffee and I’m waiting for 5 or more minutes until a lady walks in and the only lady there with braids started conversing about an item they have back in stock. She told the lady your boss should give you a raise. I’m still waiting, I have 5 mins before I start work. And low and behold she gave this lady my sandwich. I wasn’t sure until the cashier who cashed me out say after 5mins, “I’m sorry we don’t have that item anymore or I would have to go downstairs and check” I was in disbelief, because I’m not a regular I was treated like my money had no value. The lady with the braids is being completely quiet and not saying a word. Knowing after I placed the order she put the sandwich in the oven. I said I wished I would’ve known when ordering because I don’t have time to wait. The cashier, you can tell was shocked, he also gave me a refund. FYI: I could’ve been your number one customer. I love coffee, however, I love great customer service too, whether I’m a regular or passing through randomly. It’s the experience for me. Treat everyone with kindness. It’s COFFEE who isn’t happy!!"

"would probably give 0 stars after my experience at this location the past 2 times I’ve gone. First time I’m standing and waiting for a good 5 minutes at the front counter before the person who was yapping away with their co worker, their backs turned away from the counter until another person came up front and asked her to take orders. At this point 2 other people had walked in and were also waiting in line. They did it reluctantly and was not listening to my order, I had to repeat parts 2/3 times for them to get it right. Whatever. They’re having a bad day? Customer service isn’t for them? I let it go. Placed a mobile order today. The app glitched or something, told me my order was placed and it took my money from Apple Pay. A second later it switches says I haven’t placed my order. Yet, I still payed already. I still go in and wait by the mobile order area. Lady pretty much yells at me that if I’m waiting for a mobile order she hasn’t gotten any. I show her my proof of payment and also show my app still says the order isn’t complete for some reason. She angrily starts making my drink and says some words to another barista behind the counter, who then stares at me. then tosses the drink up on the counter with a “there you go”. Ok? Not my fault that YOUR app glitched out. Very unprofessional, very rude behavior. I paid for a drink, maybe nicely ask someone instead of being super bitter about your job that you seem to hate and taking it out on a paying customer. Never returning here again. All other Roseville locations are fabulous. This one sucks!"
