"I can't stress enough how kind, outgoing, and attentive the staff at this location are. While I don't think service workers need to maintain a sunny disposition all the time—after all, they have their own challenges—the positive energy that radiates from the drive-thru window always brightens my mornings. It's clear that the team here gets along well, and that warmth extends to the customers. I often receive a small compliment or a pleasant chat, which makes me look forward to returning when that particular employee is on duty. But honestly, every single one of them is fantastic! Caribou coffee and breakfast bagels are great at any location, but the friendly neighborhood vibe here is truly unique. Every employee deserves a raise, a puppy, and a fancy cake for the incredible emotional labor they put in every day. It's not something I expect or require, but it certainly brings a smile to my face."
