Caribou Coffee - Menu

I really love this Caribou location! The staff are friendly and quick, making for a great experience. It tends to be busy, with many people around, but there are about eight tables and chairs available. Plus, there's outdoor seating, which is a nice option!

The coffee is standard, just like at any other Caribou location. However, I found the staff to be somewhat frustrating. They paused my order to take a Snapchat with a friend. I don’t want to be too critical, but can we please prioritize serving customers before getting sidetracked?

I tried to use my free coffee perk when placing my order at the register, but the staff told me there was a new procedure and that I could only redeem it through the mobile app now. Just a few days ago, I was given a free coffee at a different Caribou location, and they confirmed that this was not their way of handling it. View menu

The staff at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! Even though we have three Caribou Coffee locations closer to us, they always have a hard time getting the caramel high risk just right. The customer service here is exceptional, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and, most importantly, the coffee is consistently made to perfection. Thank you to the team for the care you put into each order and for ensuring everyone knows how to prepare the drinks correctly. You all are truly outstanding!

My six-year-old and I visited Caribou, and the staff was wonderfully accommodating! The cashier provided fantastic recommendations since we weren't sure what to order. The employees really knew how to appeal to my son! He decided to go for the cookies and cream cooler, and after just one sip, he exclaimed, "Mom! This is amazing! This is definitely beyond my usual!" I’m not sure where he learned that expression, but I was thrilled that he enjoyed it and that we didn’t waste any money! It was the outstanding customer service that made our visit truly memorable. I took my six-year-old son to Caribou, and the staff were incredibly kind to him! The cashier made some thoughtful suggestions since neither of us knew what to order. They really seemed to know what my son would like! He decided to try the coffee-less cookies and cream cooler, and after just one sip, he exclaimed, "Mom! This is so good! This is definitely out of my league!" I have no idea where he learned to express himself like that, but I'm just glad he enjoyed it and we didn't waste any money!
