"We visited the restaurant tonight to order a three-meat plate and requested ribs. The man slicing the meat, whom I believe is named Mani, told me that they weren’t available today. However, when I walked to the back to get my drink, I saw a woman eating ribs. I approached him again, and he apologized, even though he had initially misled me about the ribs. The other staff member working with him was very rude and claimed that he doesn’t control how often the meat is ready to serve. At the very least, they could have informed me that more ribs would be available soon, but instead, he simply said there were no ribs. I couldn’t shake the feeling that we were treated unfairly, perhaps because I look Hispanic, while ribs were served to a white woman. To make matters worse, as we left, they were laughing and seemed to be making fun of us. The service was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I am very disappointed and will not return. This place doesn’t deserve any stars. If you’re looking for delicious food and excellent service, I recommend going to Soulman’s in Mesquite, TX, on Gross Road."
