"There were three or four servers present, yet none of them checked in on us to see how everything was or if we needed anything. To the staff: how much more time do you need to spend chatting with each other? With just two customers at the table, it shouldn't be difficult to follow up occasionally. We had to ask for basic items like silverware, which should be a given. It was frustrating that the servers only approached us when we stood up to make our requests, like asking for silverware or plates that were forgotten.
Even when we finished our meal, they seemed more focused on bringing the check than on ensuring we had everything we needed. What if we wanted dessert or coffee? An opportunity for upselling was missed.
This establishment could greatly benefit from more training in hospitality and customer service. No matter how good the food is, without attentive service, customers are unlikely to return. Service is crucial to repeat business, and while the food is fantastic, it's essential to also improve the service.
I visited the Fullerton location and hope to see improvements in the future!"
