"The food was okay. Nothing special but the prices were reasonable. The drinks were bad. Way too sugary, very light on the alcohol and expensive. The main reason for my poor review is the experience. We walked in and I slipped on the floor falling very hard on my knee. The hostess was very apologetic and asked if I wanted to speak to a manger. I said not to worry about it. A manager comes over anyway and tells my boyfriend and I that the floor is very slippery and people tend to fall there. I couldn't believe it. Maybe put some sort of mat there? I fell right outside of the kitchen where the floor was a bit wet and luckily, I was okay but they may not be so lucky next time. Also, kind of expected for being injured there that they would have at least offered an appetizer on the house or SOMETHING. The did nothing to try to make up for it. I don't recommend."

"It was the best. This restaurant kind of fell of our radar. We had been here before but not for many months. Everything was great. Easy to park, nice person to receive us, attire code to keep out hats and sports jerseys. Great table locations, not too close. Great waiter, food selection and quality was good. Nice drink selections. There was nothing that went wrong with this restaurant on our visit with four of us. It made for a fun night."

"We had reservations for December 30th at 6:30. We were promptly greeted and had our table waiting for us right on time. Our server was extremely professional and kind. She checked in with us the right amount of times and was attentive to anything we requested. The food was excellent I had the steak tips and my wife had the lamb; both were prepared to perfection. Overall, the experience was terrific. Though the prices are somewhat high (the lamb was $57 and the sirloin strip costs $65, as examples) we fully intend to return. It's nice knowing there is a restaurant in central MA that offers high quality food, professional service, and a really nice ambience."

"Our first time to Roost American, the wait staff were friendly, however, a little slow. For Mother's Day, it was a nice treat. Cater to a higher-end customer. Food was good, not great, the buffet offered for the Mother's Day Brunch was not very expansive, maybe a dozen or so items. I might go back to Roost American if there is an event at the Fraze we were attending, I don't think I would go on a regular basis. Good basic experience, I wasn't overly impressed."

"I made reservations for 2, initially 3, for a Birthday celebration during Happy Hour. Our server was Mike, although he was pleasant, he was very dry and seemed bothered more than anything, and will charge gratuity to your bill. We ordered: Escargot was very good, had good flavor, and served hot; Lamb chops we were served 2 very small chops, flavor wasn't bad; Shrimp cocktail was fresh; Oyster Rockefeller had good flavor, filled with Spinach and bread crumbs but no Oysters in a single one; Blueberry Bread Pudding was very good, good flavor, and served table side. The Martinis were made to our liking. I did not appreciate Mike automatically adding gratuity, 25% gratuity, to my bill!!! We ordered Apps, 3 drinks, and a Dessert for a table of 2. The table of 4 was not automatically charged gratuity!!! Base off of my experience for my birthday, I would not recommend."

"We were taking my sister and bro-in-law for their 40th anniversary. We chose rare because we have had good experiences. But not last night. Do not let them put you in the library! It was so dark we could barely see each other and even though we asked our server to fix it and she tried twice management obviously didn’t agree. We had a bottle of wine that was over chilled and never warmed to release flavor. They never offered to decant. We were told they decreased the wine storage and it has been a problem since. So unless you like cab sav cold do not order a bottle. In full transparency when I said the wine never warmed up (the sommelier never came back to inquire even though he knew I was concerned) they comped the wine. The wrong steak was sliced and yes it could have been sent back but by then the rest of us would nearly be finished. So it was not the night we expected. The service was good. I do know any place can have an off night but there was a lot “off” last night."

"Four disappointments: 1) after watching the next table enjoy a steak with asparagus when I order the same was told sorry we don 't have any asparagus. 2) Food was delivered to 3 of us but final dish did not come out at same time. It took many minutes before final dish was served. Whether it was the wait or how it came out one of our party had to have their entre warmed up. 3). One of our party ordered the Branzino. $37) What was served was a single thin filet of fish on a puddle of mashed potatoes. Fish portion couldn 't have been more than a couple of ounces. The picture of the dish on Open Table showed two healthy filets. 4) When we complained about the disparity the waiter got the chef/manager/owner and he claimed that food costs have gone up so they had to cut back. He even admitted that he was the one that took the picture that is on their website. Made me wonder if my 16oz steak was really 16oz. No sincere apology but did say what can we do? We said for starters not falsely depict your food on the website. Nothing much was said after that point and they walked away. Only when we paid the check did the waiter say the fish had been removed from the bill. As noted this was a disappointing experience. My wife and I have enjoyed many evenings there dining or having wine at the bar. This was the first time our friends had been to Nowak 's so not a great first impression. We will likely return but with some reservation."

"I have been wanting to try this place after a great review from a friend. We happened to be in the area on a Friday afternoon and looking for something to bring home for dinner since we had our pup with us. There are so many amazing items on the menu that we must return and try them all, but we decided on pizzas since they travel well. The Copper Supreme was described as San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Bacon, Onion, Roasted Red Pepper, Kalamata Olive, Oregano, Red Pepper Flake, Parmesan, Pepperoncini . So.much.flavor. It has a little zip from the red pepper flakes which I think was the perfect touch. We loved it. The Prosciutto Ricotta Pizza was our other choice. While not as bold in flavor as the Supreme, it was not lacking flavor at all. Balsamic Onions, Sweet Garlic, .... Wow. The Prosciutto was crispy. The Ricotta was delicious on everything that it touched. My husband said that he could crave these. I agree."

"The food and the ambiance were excellent. Unfortunately the delivery adversely colored the experience. The hostess was rude and actually turned her head to talk to someone else midway through greeting us. We were seated at a table that wasn’t bussed (had an empty cocktail). We were not given the opportunity to enjoy appetizers while we surveyed the menu but rather instructed to order the entire meal at once. Waitstaff attention was poor and getting a second drink should be ordered when your first one arrives or be prepared to be thirsty. Because of the food and atmosphere I will go back and write this review with the hopes of these criticisms will be constructive."

"We encountered a major service issue during our lunch experience which other diners experienced as well. The huge delay getting g our food served was bad enough, but none of the servers proactively explained the problem which made the atmosphere really uncomfortable. Then, to top it off, when we finally got our food delivered it was not the right order. Most people will forgive a legitimate problem if they are kept informed. It becomes a bigger issue when kept in the dark."

"My husband and I came in to visit on a late night during the week. We didn’t know that after a certain time the switch to a late night menu which was ok. We ordered and ran into a snag with food preparation which led to a super long wait time. Unfortunately that night we couldn’t wait any longer and decided to leave. I decided to just call and inform the manger Andrew of our experience. He was simply a joy! Such a kind guy that already knew of our experience via a server and he was attentive and showed effort in making it right. As a previous district manager of a major brand I didn’t want anything, I wanted to just inform him so that service could improve in the future. Hey we don’t always get it right but correcting the issue means so much! Thanks Andrew for your kindness and willingness to make sure my family and I had a good experience when we returned to give this restaurant another try! Kuddos to you!!"

"This place was a train wreck. The menus were fall menus and were tattered to almost non recognition, the service was slooooowwwww. Strike one. They were out of veal, bracchiole, short ribs and ribeye. Are you serious? A Saturday night and this is what you offer? We tried to offer the calamari as an app and the waitress said, don 't do it, it 's not good . She told us that the new GM made a huge mistake when procuring food for the restaurant and that every said it wasn 't good. Strike two. With the limited menu it was really tough to order anything that I couldn 't just make at home. I don 't go to a restaurant to pick the lesser of evils. The meal was OK. At the end of the meal the waitress admitted to me that the restaurant was overextended financially and could not afford the veal, bracchiole, short ribs and ribeye. Really? You know what? Close your doors and don 't lure people in to be disappointed. I was a frequent diner here but had not been here in a while. I WILL NOT BE BACK, EVER."

"Mo's was great! The food was great, the timing of the food was quick. Our waiter Kris, was really nice. He was a delight. He even gave me a rack to hang my purse, which was very nice. Waiters were attentive with pouring water, so you are never thirsty. The ambiance was nice. It was cool and spacious. We even got a Cookie with Ice Cream on the house, which was unexpected. I would highly recommend this place. The food was great! The Garlic Cheese Fries amazing and so was the Mashed Potatoes! Steak was great!"

"we had a really nice experience at this restaurant. the lobster appetizer and gruyere popovers were delicious. we were underwhelmed with the tomahawk for two, which was extremely fatty. "Disappointing evening at 3 Palms. It’s favorite of ours, but tonight just wasn’t up to par. Our server, Oxana was lovely attentive, so none of this was her fault. But our dinners were just mediocre. The Caesar salads had almost no dressing, and the chicken parm that 3 of us ordered was very dry overdone, with too little sauce. My grandson had the sliders and they were overdone cold. . Hopefully it was just an off night for them."

"Great atmosphere and service. Cudes for a vegetarian menu with some interesting options. Wife had the scallops and pigs belly starter, much for them, good taste. The steak of the daughter was pretty good, as was the braided short ribs of the father. I had the wedge salad, good taste, but could have used only a bit more blue, and I tried the marinated tofu. But in the court the first bite was a tad salty, maybe a bit too much marinated at the end. I want to see another kind of sauce in quantity, it was with a poblano pepper sauce that was only three small points and was a bit too ashy. Prohibiting rice was just okay. I will try another dish next time, but still happy that they offered these kinds of dishes. The steakfries and the glazed carrots were both excellent! Thick cut rectangular prism shaped potatoes perfectly crispy outside and fluffy interior. Simply add an order to try it, excellent. Right with the carrots, really good taste and generous portion."
