"I usually frequent the Merrifield location but came here today to celebrate my friend's birthday. One thing I can for sure note is the attention to the customer experience! Our waitress was very pleasant and continuously checked in on us to make sure everything was up to our standards. Even once when I was taking something off my sandwich the manager came over on her on accord to offer them remake it for me without the ingredient. How amazing to see such a proactive team! Now on the other hand, I had several things come to the table that were not cleaned adequately. Including our silverware, plates, and flutes for the mimosas we ordered. I elected to use plastic cutlery instead due to the lack of trust in that a new set would be cleaner than anything else we were provided. For visual understanding, one of the flutes came with evident traces of pulp remnants. Unfortunately due to me believing the cleanliness of an establishment to be extremely important it impacted my overall visit."
