"I ordered a burger cooked medium and my husband had a caesar salad and soup. The Caesar salad came out without any romaine lettuce so was not really a Caesar but rather an iceberg lettuce salad. My burger came out well done after minutes when there were only three other parties in the dining room at in the afternoon. Overall, it was a total miss. They were slow, they were not attentive and the food was not good. We got off of our check and were glad to escape"

Didn’t realize it’s a small hotel restaurant. Very small menu and service wasn’t very good

minutes to get a margherita flatbread is a little much. No one in the Hilton there seems to care about customer service

Just food. the brunch items were all just fair, nothing special. If you are here and you need to eat, fine, otherwise don't bother, at least for the brunch

Went for Mother's Day brunch. Selection was OK, but not the best. Will not ve returning. The Hilton should bring back the Mother's Day brunch in the Grand Ballroom View menu

We were staying at the hotel for the conference and had an enjoyable dining experience. Our server was fantastic, presentation of courses were lovely. We would highly recommend

We came for the Mother's Day brunch and it was very nice and peaceful. The food is good and there was a lot of it for a very reasonable price considering what everyone charges now for Mother's Day brunches. Definitely worth it

Lobster roll was Mayo mustard mix, Very odd. Pizza tasted frozen and fajita was a strange oily frozen chicken mix with lettuce wraps. It's the only hotel option that you can make reservations at. If you're at the Hilton on business, I'd suggest going out for lunch View menu

Ran in to grab something to eat on st paddy’s day. Packed bar area but restaurant was half full. Perfect to rest feet and grab for so. Our group of five devoured the food and not much was left. Loved how everything went smoothly food delivered in timely manner and wait staff kind

Kitty I’Sheas does not accept reservations and was not aware that they were on an open table. You wouldn't acknowledge that we had a reset, even if I showed them the app and the reservation confirmation. Only with good luck there was a table available and we could sit and order. Another person in our party had the same experience the day before, but there was no table so they were unable to dinate. Not sure where the separation is, but someone has to fix it.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
