"I visited with my niece to brunch after a very long walk we starved. the waiter came and took our drink order, but took another 20 minutes to take our food order. then he came back 10 minutes later to say that he is forgotten to enforce the commands so that we go through the whole process again. eating is a good menu has a mix of Mexican inspired, Asian and US classic brunch food. we had an upper dish, eggs and speck, and I had tomato bisque with grilled cheese. very tasty. the problem started when we wanted to pay. the waiter said we couldn't pay because the systems were down, so we could just wait....because we didn't know how long we said we would rather pay and go. he had a lot of paper that he was in danger and didn't seem to be doing well with the curve ball....He suggested that my no credit card data was delivered and they would later enforce it, what we had agreed (but then he couldn't tell us what the sum was in the did he said it was about $50." we asked him about a time bill, but he had no menu and asked us to do it. he was so stressed and at this point the whole place was empty because they did not let customers in, but there was no manager in sight and our waiter was clearly out of his deep and fought. at the end I said I would go over the street and get cash because we were not willing to leave card details without total and the menu seemed impossible to find. these things happen safely, but the personal should be trained for such events and should be able to create at least one paper bill."

"I had a fantastic experience at Café Reconcile, thanks to the wonderful and attentive staff. They prepared some truly delicious meals! Despite it being a busy afternoon, I never felt rushed. Lucy, our server, was an absolute delight. I thoroughly enjoyed the blackened La Catfish, paired with greens, mac and cheese, and washed down with watermelon lemonade. To top it all off, I indulged in a slice of pineapple upside-down cake. Overall, Café Reconcile demonstrates an outstanding training program for young people, and we need more establishments like this across the country."

"I joined a bus tour group on Halloween night, and our meals were preordered and prepaid. When we arrived, we were greeted with fresh salads on the table, complete with a selection of dressings. Our hot and delicious meals were served promptly; I enjoyed grilled fish and fries, and the portions were quite generous. We ended our meal with ice cream, which was a nice treat. However, the highlight was definitely the service. The staff was fun, entertaining, friendly, and efficient, and they frequently checked in on us. It was impressive how just two people managed the front of the house while two others worked on the grill, and they really made us feel like family. I highly recommend this place!"

"The Bourbon House was absolutely amazing! Service was incredible, and it was perhaps the best meal I've had in a decade! Char-Broil oysters are a must! The flavor was incredible, smokey, and briny all of the same time. A definite pre-order for a great meal. The Crawfish pasta is definitely the highlight of the meal! Truly a memorable dish with an incredible sauce. To top it all off, the adult version of milk and cookies is the way to go. If you're going to go down swinging,go down having fun! Our waiter Anthony was a blast, and very cordial. He was a great wealth of knowledge and comfort. Hats off to him and the Bourbon House!"

"HWe made our reservation for brunch based on the restaurant's ad for brunch on their website. The ad said there was a burger and omelet bar We arrived for our 12:15 pm reservation to a locked door, although there was one couple eating at an outside table. As we started to walk away an employee ran and opened the door. We requested to be seated outside and our server immediately greeted and asked for our drink orders before our party was even in their seats. We asked about several listed bottled beers such as Michelob Ultra, Corona Lite, and Coors Light just to name a few and we were told they no longer carried them. After finally ordering our drinks I asked about the brunch and was told the brunch menu didn't start until May. Our server then listed a few menu items they were out of. After we ordered our food it did come out quickly. The ribs were very good as was the chicken salad sandwich. A member of our party asked for the direction of men's room. Our server pointed down a long corridor to door. Once he got to the door, it was locked. He had to walk around the building and enter in the front door. There are too many wonderful restaurants in the area to waste your time on this one."

"During our vacation for a Slingshot event, we found ourselves craving Italian cuisine, which is something we lack back home. I came across Terranova’s on Google Maps and thought we should give it a shot. I ordered spaghetti, and my husband opted for the cheese ravioli, both of which were outstanding. The freshly baked bread with oil was a delightful addition to our meal. Our waitress was attentive, ensuring our drinks were always refilled. The service was prompt, contributing to our overall enjoyable dinner experience. The restaurant's decor was unique and welcoming. All in all, we had a wonderful evening out."

"For unknown reasons, Ubereats only let me rate my driver. My breakfast was so good that I had to come here and tell y'all. You'd be surprised how many restaurants charge ridiculous prices and don't even cook the eggs right. ‍ I have a gargantuan apple fritter for later…how much later remains to be determined, but right now, I'm stuffed--and not broke."

"Slow, slow service. I was told that because I my order contained two hamburgers that were requested well done was the reason that it took over 45 minutes to get my food. I know how long it takes to cook a hamburger, and it is not 45 minutes. If you forgot to put my order in, or if accidentally gave my food away, just tell me. But don't lie to me saying that a 4 oz kids burger takes an extra 45 minutes to cook. I'm not coming back. Food is average."

"Such a cool spot right on the corner of Bourbon and Orleans. It’s small so the staff could give personalized service. We really liked Kristen. She was so sweet! We got special drinks that she recommended. Ask her for the strawberry sex on the beach. It’s delicious!!"
