"Where do I begin? The concept of this restaurant is focused on teaching and mentoring young people. Plus, the food is exceptional, which explains their success. I highly recommend dining here; the catfish plate was outstanding, and you absolutely must try the jalapeño cornbread! My wife enjoyed the fried green tomato sandwich paired with the sweet potato crumble, and it was another excellent choice. This restaurant run by SJ's to help give at risk youth job training and skill set to do all options of restaurant. I support this orphan and enjoy the experience of helping the kids. The food ain't bad either in fact very good.

This restaurant is a fantastic choice if you want to support at-risk youth who are learning the ins and outs of running a restaurant, from serving to cooking. As Chef Jo puts it, his students are learning how to truly live instead of merely surviving. The classic New Orleans dishes are prepared excellently.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Although the restaurant doesn't have its liquor license yet, you can bring your own wine, and they'll serve it for you. The most rewarding part is knowing that your dining experience supports a good cause. I'm thrilled they’re now open on Friday nights, and we will definitely return! View menu

Lucy, and Outee our waiters were excellent. Lucy,an enterprising entrepreneur himself, was excellent. The food is second to none. We will be back to visit Lucy’s restaurant that he dreams of in 2 years. Bravo! Great establishment and even better service. The Reconcile starts dreams and fulfills them. They just happen to have great food!

I highly recommend this restaurant! The flavors of the food were incredible. I had the fried catfish, and my wife ordered the white bean and shrimp special—both were absolutely delicious! You can see that the staff are still gaining experience, so approach the service with that in mind. I noticed several team members receiving real-time coaching, which is a fantastic way for them to learn on the job. Be sure to tip well; everyone is putting in a lot of effort!
