"First time dining in for lunch and had heard good reviews about the food. I ordered a chicken Souvlaki plater. The first thing that I noticed was that what was supposed to be the traditional Greek dressing didn’t look as if it was. The next hi g was the chicken. It was cut into slightly larger bite size pieces and didn’t resemble that of a marinated chicken that was skewered.I took a piece and ate it. Sadly it was so dry, and had zero flavor. To get it down I had to drink a bit of my beverage. I was shocked at first and decided to shake it off and took a larger piece. I couldn’t even eat it. It was so dry. For a reference, it was like someone had made baked chicken breast and over cooked it.The pieces were hard and had no flavor.I decided to go over to the owner and politely, not for customers to overhear, told him that my chicken was extremely dry. He was surprised and said oh, I am surprised, it is fresh. He says, it’s chicken breast you know. I said, yes. He then brought over, like a parent would to a child to get them to eat what you know is bad tasting, olive oil and more of the sour cream Greek dressing. He proceeds to pour it all over the open pita and said, “here, this will make it better.” Even Olive Garden asks before offered graded Cheese. Well, it didn’t taste better, ot was extremely dry chicken drenched in olive olive and sour cream. I suffered through it and will say I failed at letting him k ow that it was not acceptable . I paid 29.95 for two platters and two sodas. So, since my kindness wasTaken advantage off, and he didn’t provide an apology and offer another platter to make things right, I will not be returning and will not recommend them. A lot of family owned businesses value their local customers and want to ensure that they experience the best of what they offer. This one did not. If he had only did the right thing from the beginning….. seriously disappointed."

"Celebrated our 11 year old twins (girl/boy) birthday @MMG. Decided to take advantage of doing many of the activities.....and rented the Jaw Bone party room. Had an exclusive party coordinator Will. The party rooms (and essentially the entire place) are themed to a fun style spooky, featuring lots of day glo colors in black lights and real great details. We did a 5 on 5 laser tag...the arena is big enough for at least an 8 on 8 in a save the base type game. The 18 hole mini golf course is fun and about middle level challenging. True enthusiast will have to be ok with a nearly completely level course (which can be true of most indoor courses). But the couple of animatronics on the are very well done. We sprang for the Halogate virtual reality game. Throughput was a little slow as only two at a time go for 5 minute games. The kids uniformly thought it was a big hit. We also did the laser maze...think sneaking into a vault with laser beams that cannot be broken by a body part. As fun to watch kids on monitor as they seem to have going through it. We did a 30 minute unlimited, which worked well as the kids would take around 45 seconds to get through it. So they would go thru, then get in line for the party several times in a row. The opportunity also was had for free play of atomic rush , a touch the light up color electronic on the wall versions of wake a mole. Kept kids waiting for their VR turn busy. The party package we got included $4 arcade cards for guest and $10 for birthday kiddos. Many of the games are the ticket collection types (keep electronic so you don 't wonder around with those large ribbons of tickets). This is where any mass of kids scatter throughout the gaming area....but it 's not so large that you cannot keep an eye on pods of children by walking in a pattern. All in all, it is a great facility, excellent staff!!"

"This will be an ongoing review with edits for additions of menu items, and customer experience. Customer Experience: As of 9.27.22 I 'll start by saying the food so far has been mostly good, I 've worked through a chunk of the menu and this experiencereflects that. The food if prepared correctly (and sometimes not) is very tasty and reasonably priced. The unfortunate part isthat it seems 50/50 if your food is made as ordered. This can vary from getting the wrong meat, wrong size, wrong fixings, incorrectly charged both undercharged and overcharged. It really does seem very random and chaotic yet with every visit thus farI 've only had at most 2 others orders in queue. I have noticed when ordering in rather than to-go there is a greater chance ofsuccess, food for thought. Due to these incorrect orders I have ordered a few items more than once in order to complete thisreview. I do look forward to trying the rest of the items on the menu in time and will be sure to update as I go. MenuItems: Note post dated, each item ordered on separate date, Sat, Apr 16: Italian: 4/5 : Quality meat/cheese but a little onthe small side. Clam chowda: 3/5: bit on the chewyside but above average flavor. Hot Pastrami/extra meat: 5/5 best hotpastrami I 've had in Corvallis so far. Must get with extra meat. Cream cheese and cucumber: 1/5: Bland, not enough creamcheese poor cheese choice by default (American it seems). Fri, Apr 29: 1/5 Have received two wrong orders 1: not hotpastrami (received cold roast beef) 2: Not hot pastrami (cold ham with random cheeses) -This double order was an attempt to showoff the quality, oops. Sun, Aug 21: French Dip: 3/5 I ordered extra meat and definitely didn 't get it and it looked to be nota large (on either sandwich) I guess there is no swiss cheese which any good French dip has, my mistake. I added swiss myselfwhich turned a 2/5 into a 3/5. Good Toasting of the bun though. WIP"

"Very bad experience at this location. Went in to order 2 large subs. Ordered 2 Large 12 inch Cuban sandwiches both all the way as they come. They have a sign right at the cash register that says Voted best Cuban in Jacksonville so we were excited to try it out. Waited a decently long time to get the sandwiches. Me and my family drove to Amelia Island to enjoy the day and when we opened the sandwiches we instantly noticed they were completely wrong and not what we ordered. I called the location immediately and asked how we could fix it and the manager Andrew acknowledged the mistake and offered to make the correct subs if we brought back the ones we had already had. I explained that was the only food we had for our outing so that we would be eating some of it but would be returning later in the day. Told me that if we eat them he can only offer 50% off our order of 2 more subs next time we come back in. We come back later in the day today, the same day we bought the original sandwiches, and they switched it up on us and were only wanting to offer 50% off on one sandwich. We even brought back almost 1 whole sub that we did not eat to prove to them they gave us the incorrect subs. This could have been an easy fix as it was 100% on this location for giving me the complete wrong order. Hopefully you guys will do the right thing in the future with your paying customers. I hate writing bad reviews but this was really unacceptable after driving all the way back to try and get this corrected."
